Where do I start? This was a curbside pickup order. Two times in a row now we have received our order about 7-10 minutes after we get the notice that our order is being delivered. It used to be only one to two minutes after. It appears these last two times that the staff member is waiting for other orders to be ready so that they have to make fewer trips. Sorry but this is not good service for customers who have been waiting. The lady next to us arrived about 10 minutes after us, but got her order delivered at the same time we did! Also, the employee went to her car first, and offered our order to her! We could hear their conversation, and she had to tell the employee “no that is not my food,” and she selected which bag of food was hers. I couldn’t see if the other customer actually touched our bag — I really hope she didn’t. Next, the breakfast bowl we ordered had much less food in it than normal. It didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl. Last, we ordered 3 iced teas, one of them with lemon. There was no lemon in any of the drinks. I know fast food restaurants make mistakes, and I am very flexible on that. I almost expect it to happen. The worrisome thing to me is that my order was in at 8:53 (time stamp), we got the your order is being delivered notice at 9:03, but then our order wasn’t delivered until 9:10. Read moreI just received the worst customer service I have ever received at a chick-fil-a in Hutto TX. I have been a long time customer at many locations. I used to work over night and would get a #1 chick-fil-a sandwich at time of open each morning as I got off. I would do this at many different locations. Each time I would be told it would be about a 10 to 20 minute wait that's understandable and worth the wait as it would be fresh. So today I asked for the same at 9:40 AM from the one in Hutto, 20 minutes before they start serving them and was told no. As this has never happened before I was in shock I explained that I have never had a issue before. She just explained how she could not make it happen. I told her my family will not be returning to this or any chick-fil-a restaurant ever again and her reply was ok. Someone like myself who works in customer service has had to tell customers no many times before its important to know how to respond in this situation. She could have said I apologize you feel that way we do want your business I apologize for not being able to fulfill your request. When someone says they no longer will do business with you and you respond as if their business is not important that can have a huge ripple effect. Read moreEvery time I eat here they forget something or something is wrong with my order. I normally would not leave a review but I feel the need to address some concerns that I experienced tonight. The boy that took my order was very sweet. However, it is 47 degrees and raining, I am sure these kids are freezing. The boy seemed to overwhelmed when cars pulled up behind me. Two other workers came out, and instead of helping him they just stood there, and said they were not going to help bc the cars did not pull in their lanes. I thought this was rude. He asked them three or four times to help take orders for the vehicles waiting. They did not move. They were very rude to this gentleman. As I pulled up to the window. There was a young man standing outside. He did not have appropriate clothing on to be standing there in this weather as it is raining. He didn’t have a rain coat or gloves or a hoodie. If you are going to have these teenagers work outside you should provide appropriate clothing to ensure they are not going to get sick.
