A visit to an In-N-Out during a road trip through Texas is a must if you are craving for a quick and easy meal, while also wanting something that's fresh. This burger is known for their no-frills non-frozen burger selection with fresh cut fries, all with no additives. The staff at this location is armed with a great smile as they promptly take our order. The clean airy atmosphere with their iconic red and white decor is always refreshing after being in the car for hours. The only disappointment on this visit is how dry their fries are. We are on a time crunch and so I didn't ask about it. Thankfully their double-double cheeseburger and pickled mini peppers made up for the lack lustre fries.

I come here for the quality. The time is a little after 8pm, march 13th. Fries were dry, mealy and bitter. Burger bun was soaked in grease (literally dripping when I squeezed the bun) and they only put on a skimpworthy amount of lettuce. I saw too many sweaty unchanged gloves and dirty workstations. Please please please educate your staff on the importance of quality control, I live in and out, it’s my favorite burger when it’s done properly. Update: the remake wasn’t better. That was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at this location. Bad enough to not make me come back. I feel like the employees messed with me out of pettiness.

I think the appeal of In and Out is the simplicity of their approach. Near as I can tell, nothing is processed. The ingredients are picked-them-out-of-the-garden-and-just-washed-them-clean fresh. The burger and bun aren't greasy. The fries are potato, salt, oil. That's it. Does that means that everyone will love this place? Probably not. But they are good and they are consistent. And the service is 5 star. Heads up: if you don't like onion, take them off your burger and don't get animal style. Pleasant surprise: the staff sang happy birthday to my daughter which was a very nice gesture.

This is an issue that happened to me here at the In-N-Out Burger, and this is unbelievable. When you finish this, do not take advantage because the love for the community is here.

Late yesterday evening, I put in a big order for my family. I was in a long line and got to the window and I had forgotten my wallet at work and from the restaurant there and back is an hour due to the traffic, which we all know how that is around 6 pm in between Austin and Pflugerville. I explained this issue to Celest (employee), and she explained it to her manager. Celest came back and told me I could have my order and to come back and pay. I was like really??? She said "yes sir, you can just come back and pay". Yall (texas tone), I wanted to break down right there, but I had to stay straight, reminding myself I am in the long line and I got people behind me hungry just like I am and may have a family to feed as well. After Brandon gave me my food, drove to my job, came back, paid my ticket, and bought 2 root beer milk shakes, which were made by one of the best employees there, Celest.  She and her manager are so sweet, and the crew is great.  This type of company has so much love and understanding for the people they serve. They could have just kept my order and told me to come back.  But they trusted me to come back, and that was such a true blessing. I thank Celest, her manager, and In-N-Burger for caring so much for the people...

Ah, In-N-Out, old faithful! It seems the secret's out, and the lines have noticeably lengthened since its debut. My hunch? Either Texans are finally catching on to some genuinely good eats, or there's an influx of Californians in the mix. Either way, the buzz is well-deserved.The service? Stellar, without fail. It's as if every employee has mastered the art of impeccable service with a side of relentless positivity and work ethic. And the meal? Divine. My go-to cheeseburger, topped with grilled onions, could easily be mistaken for a creation of the culinary gods. Sure, prices have crept up a tad, but for the quality and joy it brings, it's a compromise I'm more than willing to make. From the food to the service, In-N-Out doesn't just meet expectations; it surpasses them. My only advice? Keep doing exactly what you're doing, from the witty banter to the unwavering quality. In a world of constant change, In-N-Out remains a beacon of delicious...

This location never fails to give me the best experience. Whether I come right around opening time, middle of the day, or 30 minutes before closing (sorry guys I’m indecisive sometimes 😩 I work in food service so i understand LOL) I always get greeted with respect, food is always in good quality and the atmosphere and energy is always a good time. I never go to any other location but this one. In N Out has been my favorite for years and this location has made my love for it even better. Shoutout to the workers. You guys are the best. I truly appreciate your service. Shoutout to management also. It shows that they team members are being taken care of and ran by a very good company. Sorry this is a long message but as a food service worker this is important to me. Keep up stonehill crew! You’ll be seeing me!

(Only thing that gets me is the napkins are always having the...
