This is an issue that happened to me here at the In-N-Out Burger, and this is unbelievable. When you finish this, do not take advantage because the love for the community is here.
Late yesterday evening, I put in a big order for my family. I was in a long line and got to the window and I had forgotten my wallet at work and from the restaurant there and back is an hour due to the traffic, which we all know how that is around 6 pm in between Austin and Pflugerville. I explained this issue to Celest (employee), and she explained it to her manager. Celest came back and told me I could have my order and to come back and pay. I was like really??? She said "yes sir, you can just come back and pay". Yall (texas tone), I wanted to break down right there, but I had to stay straight, reminding myself I am in the long line and I got people behind me hungry just like I am and may have a family to feed as well. After Brandon gave me my food, drove to my job, came back, paid my ticket, and bought 2 root beer milk shakes, which were made by one of the best employees there, Celest. She and her manager are so sweet, and the crew is great. This type of company has so much love and understanding for the people they serve. They could have just kept my order and told me to come back. But they trusted me to come back, and that was such a true blessing. I thank Celest, her manager, and In-N-Burger for caring so much for the people...
Read moreAh, In-N-Out, old faithful! It seems the secret's out, and the lines have noticeably lengthened since its debut. My hunch? Either Texans are finally catching on to some genuinely good eats, or there's an influx of Californians in the mix. Either way, the buzz is well-deserved.The service? Stellar, without fail. It's as if every employee has mastered the art of impeccable service with a side of relentless positivity and work ethic. And the meal? Divine. My go-to cheeseburger, topped with grilled onions, could easily be mistaken for a creation of the culinary gods. Sure, prices have crept up a tad, but for the quality and joy it brings, it's a compromise I'm more than willing to make. From the food to the service, In-N-Out doesn't just meet expectations; it surpasses them. My only advice? Keep doing exactly what you're doing, from the witty banter to the unwavering quality. In a world of constant change, In-N-Out remains a beacon of delicious...
