I can’t tell you how disappointed we are with the food here. Soooo frustrating!! We were charging our ev right outside the parking lot and a Tik Tok video came on our phone about the Kebab shop Wrap. IT LOOKED AMAZING!! Power of the internet. lol. We were like “we definitely want that wrap now!!” I walked in so excited like you can even hear it in my voice when I was ordering. The nice gentleman took my order and I was like “ I want that wrap with the lamb and everything on it!!” He said “everything??” I was like “Hell yeah” I saw it was like $17 something for the wrap. It didn’t faze me one bit!! “I was like oh this is going to be amazing”!! Holy crap what a freaking disappointment. Honestly after being charged $33 for a wrap and a plate I felt so disrespected when I opened this thing. lol. I was so frustrated I couldn’t go back in. This wrap had nothing in it but beef and a little bit of greens and a little bit of onion. No sauce No feta No tomato or cucumber. I know this sounds dramatic and you won’t believe this but they gave it to me in a burnt taco wrap. It was terrible!!! How dare you charge me $18 for a wrap and serve me this??!! I was so upset my wife didn’t want me to go inside and say anything. I just went home on a Friday night with probably the most disappointed dinner I’ve ever had. The food was just not good which was so disappointing. We were really looking forward to this new Mediterranean food near us, anxiously awaiting it's opening. The website was jazzy, but there's no way to order online for this location yet, so we called and placed our order, no big deal. When we went to pick up our order, we had to wait in the regular line so we could pay - so what's the point of placing an order to go? My husband got a wrap which was fine - it was super bland, really nothing exciting there. I got a plate - lamb and saffron rice. The rice was just bad - it was lacking flavor and almost had a hint of fish that had gone bad - it just wasn't right. The lamb was underwhelming in flavor and texture. The dish came with no sauce or hummus so I was left with bad rice and dry lamb with nothing to help either. My 2nd side was the Greek salad which I was really looking forward to. The Greek dressing was just not good at all and I LOVE Greek salad dressing. It almost tasted soapy. Luckily, I had some store-bought Greek dressing in my fridge so at least I could eat that. Otherwise, the meal was almost unpalatable. If I had ordered it in restaurant, I would have asked for my money back, and I have never done...

I was really looking forward to eating my meal. I ordered a kabob plate and their new steak kabob special. When I got my food home, I was disappointed to see a steak kabob and a tortilla! That's it! It was not rolled up like a Shawarma sandwich as it was displayed in the image at the front register. Just a plane ol kabob and a freaking tortilla!!!

Also. This place is supposed to be a new restaurant, and my soda tastes disgusting! It tastes like a dirty tap. I know this because I used to work in the restaurant industry for years, and I know what soda coming out of a dirty tap tastes like. IT'S GROSS!!!

How can you have a dirty tap and be a new restaurant unless they are using old USED machines. It's not difficult to clean your soda machine taps every night. Who knows what kind of bacteria and mold are all left in those taps.

When I called to talk to someone about this massive screw up I got no answer. I called 4 times in a row, and no one could answer the phone. I love Kabobs, and I love this kind of food. I'll never eat here ever again! I do not recommend this place. You will get overcharged while not receiving the food...
