Terrible service today. Went in to pick up a preordered cake. Over the phone they told me they didn't have a blue decoration. When i got there i saw that they did, and asked that i get the blue i had requested. The man helping asked another girl working for assistance. She seemed irritated and wanted to charge me for the purple that was on the cake as well as the blue one i had originally requested. I just wanted to pay for the one I requested. She had me wait while she assisted another customer, that came in after me. That was fine, but didn't make sense as that customer got there after me and she completed his transaction before turing back to me to collect payment. I then asked her to replace the happy birthday flag she put on my cake with a happy anniversary flag that I had requested on my phone order. She shrugged, grabbed the correct flag, and angrily stabbed it into my cake. Her customer service was awful. This is a happy occasion i am celebrating, and my interaction with this young lady today added a bad touch to my day. Read moreMy scheduled pick up was at 5:30pm. I sent my niece to pick up my order she probably arrived at 5:36pm, as she is there for pick up she is told my order is not to be found. Apparently the reason was that someone had already picked up my order. I soon arrive with confirmation email and receipt, and is approached by an employee with a cake in hand. In front of other customers, this lady has the audacity to say well here is what you ordered but someone has already picked up this order! I then tell her how is that possible if we are just arriving? She then says well her it is, and we will see what happens! WHAT??? Ok at this moment I take my order and just walk out. They said the only thing they could do was order the cakes from a Texas store (all at once, and I would have to choose flavors for her). She lives alone and I'm fairly certain this would results in wasted bundts! I was about to give up when I took a chance and called the Pfugerville store. One call to Sarah, and heaven and earth was moved! Talk about customer service! She went above an beyond when she didn't have to.
