Went in today and was overcharged for a smoothie by nearly $3. The Hispanic girl with blonde highlights was very rude (Saturday July 5th). She was raising her voice and lying about the smoothie and management. I just got this exact smoothie 1 week ago!
Food Safety Concerns: Serving wrong orders
When the Hispanic girl went on to make a smoothie and left it out for 5+ minutes and tried to give it to me even though it was not my order. I had to order online to show the girl that Smoothie Price that was rung up in store was incorrect. When I requested they make my actual order instead of whatever was left out, the Hispanic girl disrespectfully said "it is like the same thing" and "it is fresh." One of her coworkers warned me that the smoothie the Hispanic girl was trying to give was already made for an earlier order. Thank you for the warning.
Instead of apologizing the Hispanic girl with the highlights was very rude. Rolling her eyes and cut me off when I spoke gently to inform that my order is different. And I will not be taking an old smoothie from a previous order.

The girl with the braids was kind and immediately went to correct the order, but the Hispanic girl came in pretending to represent "management" and say that it is now "store policy" to charge for simple fruit substitutions for other fruit. This is not true, since ordering online did NOT markup for switching out 1 fruit for another.
I go to Smoothie King every week! At least getting 1-2 smoothies a week. I know the exact price because my order is the same. I will NOT be coming back to this Smoothie King.

We walked in and there were several teenagers at the counter blocking the way gossiping with the staff which were also teenagers. All high school age and should know better. There were three staff, two girls and one boy. Soon after we arrived the boy disappeared to the back. Then only girls started making drinks and we finally made our way to the front counter. Had to wait several minutes for one of them to finally take our order. No greetings or anything when arriving. We ordered and she printed the order slip and sat them on the counter and then made one drink (for her friends). She then disappeared to the back and left one girl to make all the remaining orders (about six more) Another customer came in in the meantime and stood at the counter. No staff addressed him at all and after about 5 minutes he left. We still waited for our order to be made. The girl made her friends’ order and finally got to ours. The drinks should be simple and easy to make since they have the exact ingredients printed in the slip. The process took way too long. We waited over 15 minutes for our drinks. Horrible customer service experience. Two of the three staff disappeared when they got busy but we could hear them gossiping in the back. The drinks tasted good but the experience overall will not have me returning. Staff completely neglects customers. Only gave two stars from the nice...

Upon arrival only 1 smoothie was made. The workers said they ran out of peanut butter and tried to call us to inform us. We never received that call so they must have called the wrong number (we checked our profile to ensure the correct number was listed). They offered to make my smoothie a different way, give me different smoothie, or a voucher for "that location" for a free smoothie next time (I live in Houston so not an option). I was not interested in another smoothie and didn't want to change ingredients from the original smoothie I ordered (I tried the other option in the past and did not like it). I asked to just simply refund me for that 1 smoothie and the workers said we don't give refunds. They went on to say that the owner of this location "under NO circumstances gives refunds". That is absolutely ridiculous especially since it's their fault my smoothie can't be made with the original ingredients. I also had a friend with me and he wanted to try a smoothie with peanut butter, so when I told him they ran out he was very disappointed.
