Bally's 2 pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

OMG!! Can't say enough about this place. I ordered a calzone and cheesesteak to eat right away and about 4 to travel w. Along with 2 chicken Phillys and a turkey hoagie. Now let me say, Im from Mt Airy and been eating hoagies since I was 3( yea I know). I know food, when I say- nothing short of amazing!! I have never had a Cheesestake so neat and clean but yet still full of flavor. The calzone was good but it was the steak and hoagie that did it for me. By the way, the bull Demetrius seasoned and packed the hell out of them joins. He packaged them separately for traveling to Norfolk Va. Ended up in heavy traffic so it took me almost 8 hrs to get to VA with no cooler. Had the ac on ( please yall leave food out over night and still eat it). Anyways, the food was amazing and we all enjoyed every bite. By the way the chick at the Pizza place on Wadsworth told me to try them. I have just ordered me 12 Buffalo wings and French fries and a Snapple. I have waited for my order for an hour. My food finally came and I asked where is my drink mind you I have paid already by card for my order. The delivery driver said “ They always messing up orders” and then he laughed. I also checked my wings and that was also the wrong order as well. I am very disappointed because I am a first time customer and not to far from the place and it took forever and got the wrong order. I have called the place back to tell them I have received the wrong order, and they were being really rude and I asked to speak with the owner and he also was arguing with me about my order and what I ordered which was not accurate. I know I have ordered my Buffalo wings so yes I advice not paying with card first and customer service there...

We wanted to try a new place and unfortunately this place was disappointing. We ordered a chicken cheese steak and it was so dry. The chicken was dry, but the bag and paper it was wrapped in was wet. The Buffalo chicken fries were very disappointing. They tasted as if they were made first and just sat there. More dry chicken on the fries. Last but not least, the chicken tenders, were great, surprisingly. They did not reheat well but initially they were great.
