I would give it more stars because there is one sweet person there but it is pretty pathetic that there is a war going on between people that have been going there for years and the inside workers of the people that have been going there for years paid lots of money over the years probably enough if they put their money together to buy their own dunkin' donuts but horrible thing to watch everyone argue over stuff I can admit that they do have their share of negativity on the outside but that is no reason for discrimination especially when you're someone who knows about discrimination and has been discriminated against your whole life you would think that you would put these things behind you and accept people for who and what they are and recovery people on methadone clinic people on a Suboxone regimen or people that are given medications are all different people they're not the same they shouldn't be put into one group called " junkies "bringing the board it's just not cool to be called a junkie when you have been trying your entire life to show people that you are no longer that person you once were as a young person and the discrimination is just entirely uncalled for and it's just horrifying I have started going later when no one's around and I even would like to start going to a different one if I can find one close enough to my doctor's office or close enough to the stores that I need to go to and I just wish that everyone would just get along and stop arguing and fighting over stuff that you would think is high school drama it's very stupid and it should definitely stop I know that some people have called corporate but corporate of nothing and there is no reason to call corporate if people can just act like grown human beings and make a deal and say you can stay here as long as you sit over here and as long as you're not all high that you could do this I understand that looking all mangled can make a place's business look bad but the thing is on another note that a lot of the people that look mangled are a lot of the people that pay $20 to get coffee and sandwiches and this and that on a daily basis I literally counted up how much I pay in dunkin' donuts and it came out to $540 a month That's about three bills and and half of my rent so I could definitely find a different way to do things I just wish on you how to make coffee good because I would...

Such a terrible a terrible location. Being new to the area, i was happy to see there was a Dunkin a few blocks from me. Yet they always were closed at night. I had the displeasure of finally being able to go there one morning. What a nightmare. The noise level in there was unreal. I wouldnt say it was super busy, steady would describe it well, but you could feel the chaos when you walked in the door. 4 employees behind the counter and not one person seemed to know what was going on, let alone said anything to you with a smile on their face. A customer came inside since his order was missing a donut. Right away the woman started telling the man that she didnt forget it, pointed at another woman and said she did the order not her. And argued with the man over it. Not one apology was given but they sure gave an attitude when they finally practically threw the donut at him. The woman was more concerned with making sure she wasnt at fault. When now she was the one at fault for making a fellow employee look bad in front of an entire store, not doing anything to correct the situation without pointing blame, when instead she should have apologised on behalf of the store and corrected the issue right then and there, regardless who did what or how busy it was. If you cant instill that basic value in an employee they shouldnt have a job working with the public. Period. This store is a disgrace to the company. The people working that day, and i think 2 were training which is a joke all on its own based off of how they are going to think its ok to act, they should be retrained or fired. There are better people suited for the job out there yet that is what the company has...

I went in this morning Sunday august 18th ordered an ice coffee with extra extra caramel I specified this to the cashier . I couldn’t taste the caramel but I wasn’t upset I just simply asked if they could add more and how much was it , the two ladies in the back acted completely unprofessional talking all this crap sayinf it cost more so I asked them how much they proceed to say don’t worry about it and give me attitude using curse words and acting like she was gonna get tough with me or something . She said she don’t like her job so I told her she need to quit then she continues egging on the situation talking mad crap about me behind the register and too another customer all employees on that shift were completely unprofessional besides the man who remade my coffee although he was annoyed he was completely professional I gave them a $7 tip so they all could shut up about the stupid...
