I would give 0 if I could lol I hate this dunkin but today I didn’t have any other option. I decided to give them another try after I stopped giving this location my money! They drop the ball everytime. Not all but most of the staff are miserable. The store owner threw money in my hand today smh because his staff don’t know how to make drinks! Everyone been raving about this cookie butter cold brew of course I get it from here and it’s horrible! Im like this can’t be the sane drink every one is talking about being so good! Then she say is it cream in it idk because they didn’t put a sticker on it. Just by looking at it you can tell something isn’t right. I asked for my regular a iced matcha latte 2 pumps of butter pecan w cold foam. I instantly drink it and realize the butter pecan isn’t in it. I go back in the store the man touches my straw with his hand out over three pumps in my drink which now makes it extra sweet on top of the cold foam he done stirred in with new coda foam on top smh. They refused to remake it which is fine because they have poor hygiene! Talking over people drinks, touched my straw then thought I was going to drink out of it. This place is horrible and dirty. To the manager your staff miserable because you are very unprofessional! Energy rubs off! Do better!!! Please don’t throw money in anyone else hand because the next person may not be as nice as I am. This location is subpar. They treat customers differently according to the color of their skin. A White woman approaches the counter to order and she’s greeted with a, “Good morning/Hello; how May I help you.” I approach and I’m looked at! There’s no greeting nor am I asked how I may be helped. Running out of napkins is common! When asking for paper towel it’s as if I’m being a nuisance! I’m aware of cultural differences among African Americans and Asian Indians however, we’re all residing here within an American culture. Also, if your customers are English speaking, English should be spoken. Employees with challenges surrounding English should not work specifically with the public. The service was atrocious! There were numerous employees behind the counter and only 1 cashier. The employees paid no attention to the in-line orders and were only fulfilling the Grubhub food orders. Multiple customers complained. It was not until they fulfilled a Grub Hub drink order well behind everyone else’s order did people become enraged that no orders were being attended to. The orders had been deleted from the ordering screen and the employee had The Gaul to ask for receipt when being told they were waiting on drink orders. This is a disgusting experience.
