They drop the ball everytime. Not all but most of the staff are miserable. The store owner threw money in my hand today smh because his staff donāt know how to make drinks! Everyone been raving about this cookie butter cold brew of course I get it from here and itās horrible! Im like this canāt be the sane drink every one is talking about being so good! Then she say is it cream in it idk because they didnāt put a sticker on it. Just by looking at it you can tell something isnāt right. I asked for my regular a iced matcha latte 2 pumps of butter pecan w cold foam. I instantly drink it and realize the butter pecan isnāt in it. I go back in the store the man touches my straw with his hand out over three pumps in my drink which now makes it extra sweet on top of the cold foam he done stirred in with new coda foam on top smh. They refused to remake it which is fine because they have poor hygiene! Talking over people drinks, touched my straw then thought I was going to drink out of it. This place is horrible and dirty.
