My husband and I had such a fun time here!! We started at around 7:30pm and it was not terribly busy (which we honestly prefer) but it filled up as the night went on. We happily spend a while here because the ambiance was so relaxing. We cuddled on the couch and took our time smoking the fuzzy navel hookah, which was $25. (They also have "fresh fruit" hookah for $35). The hookah seemed to last forever and I don't think we even finished it. We also ate chicken Bastilla which was yummmyyyy but the meat was a little too dry. Overall it was such an awesome place to relax, unwind, and get comfy. I will definitely return to try some of their other menu items! I'll bring more people next time so that the hookah doesn't go to waste lol!

**BEWARE** After dinner, I received my bill, and noted that gratuity was included. After charging my credit card, the server returned without the itemized receipt in the check presenter, and I saw the words "Pre-Tip Amt" on the merchant copy making it look like tip wasn't included. Most people probably don't check, and double tip. Such a low class scam!

The environment was very comforting and entertaining, and the hip-hop music managed to further compliment the vibe of the place. The food options affordable and delicious 🤤. Also a great place to hang out with three or more friends for happy hour or smoking some hookah.

Service was absolutely horrible, we were a party of five and we seated ourselves and were not given menus or asked for drink until almost twenty minutes later. Servers were talking to other customers and seating other parties while we were completely looked over and ignored. Ordered food that took a very long time to come out, and the chicken entree was cold when it reached us. The hookah was not made properly and we had to ask twice to have it fixed. The servers really had no clue what they were doing, and a large group of them was sitting behind us, talking and smoking hookah without actually serving the customers. One kept passing rude looks towards us every tine he walked by. The bill adds a 20% tip to your total, and you’re expected to pay a separate tip as well. We left without paying any additional tip because it was unnecessary and the service was so appalling. Prices for food were also very over the top, a coke for $5 and a small basket of fries for $7. Would not recommend this place to anyone and definitely won’t...

Fez has long been my favorite restaurant for a decade or more because of the elaborate service and incredible food. Upon arrival we were told there was no hot tea (even tho we had hot tea at the end of the meal). They did not offer to wash our hands. The salads were bland and carrots under cooked. After waiting an incredibly long time. The bastilla was just basically scrambled eggs which lacked the texture and depth of flavor that I had experienced previously. The chicken and meat courses were great as usual. The couscous and veggies was dry, flavorless, and basically inedible. They didn't provide fruit and the baklava had a very strange taste to it. They did not offer us a towel to wash our hands or rose water at the end and the price was higher then it had been previously. I don't know if they changed the chef or owners but this experience was very lacking. I am giving this place a 3 because of the times I...

Worst place ever!!! I had never been to a moroccan restaurant until this night for my daughter's birthday and let me tell you it was the worst experience. It was a Monday night and not another soul was in that place till we got there! He had us wash our hands with warm water that they called rose water but no rose scent at all. I know what rose water smells like and that wasn't it!!! The only thing I can say is that the hookahs were fun to try for the first time but that was about it. The waiter was nice and on point but the food was not even worth paying $25 for a 7 course feast as they call it. Be prepared to have the tip automatically added to your bill which was extremely steep for such poor quality food. Never again. Do yourselves a favor & go elsewhere....
