I am at Freedom Mortgage Pavillion for Fall Out Boy Concert. I apoke to about 8 employees. Not only did I ask where is the entrance to the VIP Club Access, I showed them my tickets. No one knew anything. One employee had us get in one line, after 10 minutes found out it was the wrong line. These live nation employees are so horrible, and know nothing. I was 15 minutes late to entering VIP Club because of the employees. And then during the concert, I was in section 102, people kept blocking the isles to see the concert. There this tiny short haired blonde girl, SHE SUCKS AT HER JOB. And she was most likely high or something. Everyone kept telling her to tell everyone to move. She just laughed and said why are you mad? Why does it matter? People paid hundreds of dollars to have a seat up close and enjoy the show, an isle is not a seat. We all had to find a manager or someone higher than this idiot to get people to go back to their seats. But it happened several times this lil blonde girl not doing a dam thing until another...

Live Nation provided a couple benefits to folks who attended a recent rain-shortened Dead & Co. show, but not to those of us who purchased tickets through StubHub. I first tried contacting support through the web site, but got an error each time even though all the required fields in the form were filled out. Finally called and was told that the wait was over 15 minutes and the automated system would call me back when it was my turn. They verified the correct number with me, and a few hours later I still hadn't received a call. Called back and was told the wait time was now less than 15 minutes. Waited on hold for about 30 minutes and finally got someone who basically told me that there's nothing they can do. So even though I'm a verified, legal ticket holder I'm left out in the cold. Instead I tried to exchange my tickets for another night. They denied my request even though the language in their policy implied I could exchange tickets for a show running multiple days. After multiple emails, which take days to receive, they still won't exchange the tickets, nor will they reach me by phone. I will go to any lengths possible to purchase tickets in the future without them or simply not attend any show where they are the ticket...
