Frank's Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Franks Pizza is one of my all time favorite pizza joints! They’re family owned and operated, and they use only the freshest ingredients! I love their plain pizza, milkshakes, chicken Parmesan sandwich, and THE PRICES! Inflation has gotten to everyone and all establishments have suffered, including the wonderful Straface family at franks, but they won’t allow us to suffer with them! Franks Pizza is an East Falls staple, and for good reasons. Their pizza dough is made fresh and perfectly cooked, every time. Their sauce is one of the best I’ve ever had, and it’s clear they use top tier cheeses, only. They have huge salads, great cheesesteaks, some of the best chicken tenders around, and they’re well known for their Italian hoagie !! Don’t sleep on their dinner/pasta dishes, either, they’re gigantic and always wonderful! Frank’s delivers high quality food for reasonable and affordable prices, and has for a few decades! The staff is wonderful, food consistent, and prices RIGHT!...

I used to love Frank’s great price and great lunch specials and overall all great food. However, they have turned to into the worse. On several occasions they have taken so long with the delivery on top of mess up the orders. All of this after repeating your order the receipt having that order. Then can get smart about rectifying the order getting the manager adding a soda or something. I mean and in bad taste have a nerve to ask on the phone add a tip and the orders will be wrong and they get mad and say well I can have it sent to you but it will be a while. I don’t know if it’s new workers or when the boss isn’t there. But after each pizza disaster (a pizza was delivered slid all the way to one side, wrong or no toppings but paying for several) and a salad has been messed up. They have been embarrassing where I told someone else to order there theirs were messed up. I will never recommend or...

This was my first time there, Im new to the neighborhood and was sent by a friend... Everyone was so cheerful and welcoming... There's seating outside so my granddaughters and I sat there to wait for our order.. A gentleman from the kitchen came out to talk to us.. He told us a little about himself and had great words of encouragement for my granddaughters in regard to learning new things... Then he went back inside and returned with our order all bagged up and ready to go...🥰😍

We only ordered pizza and wings and I had a Tuna and cheese hoagie... Everything was delicious and you could tell it was fresh... My sandwich was made exactly the way I asked and the roll was fresh as well...

I am a creature of habit and I love great customer service... I've definitely found my pizza spot for the rest of my stay...
