Hi everyone, I saw lots of costumer complain about my attituded. Which, I know that because in the busy moment I have to speak on top lung to making food right for the costumer. Sometime I only have myself to do the order, and everyone want food very fast due to their hungriness. HERE REASON I STAND OUT TALKING BECAUSE SOME COSTUMER SAID NOT THE RIGHT SITUATION, AND THIS IS MY FRIST TIME AND LAST TIME BECAUSE i TIRED OF IT. For example, a costumer called "Demetrius McCain", he came to my store and order " salt and peppers prawns" which is jumbo shrimp with shell on it. When he saw I wearing a Temple university T-shirt, and he asked me "Do I go there". I was busy doing the doordash order, and I told he " wait a moment". He did waiting and the food was ready, then I called him " your food is ready". He just suddenly said" I'm very rude." The hard thing do as Asian cashier, I have to working with three online machine, packing order, and so on. I really want to talking to my costumer, but depend on how busy I am. I hope everyone can use their to see. And not just depend on the random costumer that are there, and want to pull down my reputation. For all the food, I have taste before and I know which one...

While I respect and encourage what's clearly the younger generation of whomever managed this restaurant before modernizing it with delivery service and apps, it's quite clear none of this younger generation learned how to cook. I'm giving 2 stars for the fact that it's the only food joint in Brewerytown that stays open late and that they seem to be trying, in terms of meeting food demand (def not in terms of quality). The only reason to ever come here is if it's late, nothing else is open and you're really drunk. Otherwise you could do better tbh.

Customer service is good despite the reviews saying otherwise, a lot of rude ppl who never learned "please" and "thank you" come into this restaurant and I feel like it's affecting reviews of other's because they want to make up for it. The rudeness of other customers does not change the truth that the people working here do not know how to cook, even on your basic dive chinese food...

Customer services is extremely poor. The younger Asian girl that takes the order at the front was extremely rude to me. I waited a few minutes before she decided to take my order because she was watching something on her cellphone. When I finally got to order my food I kindly tried to make small talk because I was a new customer and she turned to me and yelled repeatedly “give me a second”. When I got home the food wasn’t even all that good. I‘m someone that is big on customer service. Most people can cook their own food but I do takeout for the experience, atmosphere and customer service. Lee’s Kitchen scored 0 out of 3. Although i just moved to the neighborhood, I vowed to never return for as long as they are...

My friends and I ordered from here a couple times after getting home from a music festival (aka, it was 1am food vibes) and it wasn't bad. Although I wouldn't say it is good or authentic Chinese food at all, for a late-night bite, it wasn't the worst. We tried their sesame chicken, chicken and broccolli, fried noodles, fried rice, and wings. Everything was decent, but their wings were the best thing we have from them.

Work on your customer service..and lastly don't order the general tso shrimp...not worth the money with only getting 6 shrimp...smdh...wish I would of know prior to ordering...and the shrimp taste bland..no flavor to the shrimp. Like the shrimp was just laying in batter all day.was not made fresh..thanks for wasting my money. I'm not from the neighborhood and WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

Best food I've had in a while. The people there are kind and friendly. I think what some people don't understand about Chinese restaurants is how the work is difficult, with long busy hours. Workers need to rush to cook, rush through meals, and stand for many hours. They don't intend to be rude, but it is tiring and busy! I appreciate the good service I've had, will visit again ^_^
