Excellent chirashi bowl for take out! The Nakama team did a great job reimagining this restaurant into something new and distinctly "them!" I am excited to go back and explore their menu.
This is a fairly new omakase and sushi spot in the city (opened just a few months prior to my visit). The value of what I ordered felt fair. For the already overcharged price, their portion sizes are laughably small — the regular sushi rolls here are 6pc each whereas in every sushi place we’ve been to it’s been 8. Their nigiris are 1pc per a $6-9 order.
The service was slow, one server was rude, and they repeatedly messed up our order: bringing the wrong foods and having to be reminded of the items we ordered. Our skewers came out cold.
We love sushi and almost never have bad impressions of restaurants, but I advise those looking for good sushi to go to the many better...
