Food was good. Even on the medium spice level it was a little too much but I still enjoyed the authentic nature of the dishes.
My concern was sanitation. My friend and I had used their restroom and there was no hand soap. After seeing their cooks go to the same restroom, we were curious on how they stayed sanitized.
Since we sat indoors we could hear the sneezing going on in the kitchen among the food (we all sneeze, you do what you gotta do) and that caused for some concern.
Waiter was very kind and attentive, but after asking for a drink, it was brought out 20 minutes later even though we were the only customers eating at the establishment. And the water that is served is room temp with no ice it’s in the 90’s outside!.
I would not eat at the actual restaurant again (seating indoors is limited with not much air conditioning up front) but I may order take out down the road.

Read moreI ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala tonight and was less than pleased with my experience. I was on my way to the bar across the street when I decided to get Indian food instead. I wanted to sit down and enjoy my meal after a long day at work so when I walked in, I asked the cashier if I would be able to sit in at the tables since there were no other customers at the time. I was reassured in broken English that I would be able to sit down and eat my meal. While ordering, I was asked if I wanted my chicken to be spicy. I said a little spice for flavor but, not too much. After I completed my order, the cashier told me that I could sit down since I was dining in. When my food came out it was bagged up (stapled) and in to go containers. Had I known that they didn’t feel like serving, I would have just ate across the street. I get home (a half hour later) to warm food, and my food is so spicy that I can barely eat it. This was a horrible experience. Now I am staring at $24 rice, chopped chicken breast, hard bread, and heart burn...
