Was supposed to have an appointment today at 12:30 only to receive a text message not even 12 hours prior at 2:30 AM letting me know that Nafeeza literally didn’t have the lash glue that she needed for this appointment. I booked this appointment on May 21 so feels very unprofessional and inappropriate to find out so last minute. Especially when I communicated to her that I was going on vacation and she knows I have a very flexible schedule so I could’ve come in sooner. Had she been on top of her inventory and let me know that she was running out of her own supplies. she texted me needing to cancel or adjust the time and then disappeared. As if I don’t need to make arrangements or reschedule other appointments for the rest of my day. Then she refused to refund my $15 deposit when she is the one that’s not prepared for my appointment and needing to cancel. I don’t recommend & I won’t be returning. I’ve only been here one time and paid for a removal and a new set. Now I’m gonna have to go somewhere else and pay for a removal and another new set. Don’t be like me and don’t bother wasting your time or money it’s gonna cost you...

Shawnah has been doing my hair for YEARS. While I have visited other stylist, no one cares about the integrity of my hair as she does. I recently visited Philadelphia from Ohio and had the pleasure of having Shawna service me and my sisters. She was incredibly welcoming and down-to-earth, going above and beyond to provide extra care and attention, especially for my hair.
