If you're looking to enjoy high-quality versions of your favorite food truck dishes, look no further than Pasha's Halal. The menu is larger than you would expect of your typical takeout spot. Included are classic platters, wraps, and gyros, along with cheesesteaks, fries and even homemade wings. With some help from the friendly young owners of the establishment, I eventually settled on a combo platter with chicken and lamb. I was baffled by both the taste of the food and how much I got for $8... the portions are huge!!! I almost wasn't able to finish, but the flavor was the best of any halal rice platter I've had yet. The best up-and-coming halal spot in town, Pasha's certainly meets each of their slogan standards of 'Looks good, tastes good, price is good'. They've rightfully earned my business for a long time to come. If you live in the area, definitely give this place a shot.

My partner and I order from here every couple of weeks. I usually get a combo platter with chicken and falafel and he gets the super combo with chicken, falafel and lamb. The meat is always juicy and well seasoned and the rice is delicious. I love their falafel, it always has a beautiful crust on the outside but is still soft and never overly dry inside. I really like the green and spicy sauces and I like all of the toppings (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, banana pepper, onion), they make a really nice contrast to the rice and meat. Great price, you get a ton of food. Highly recommend

My boyfriend and I used to live right around the corner from Pasha’s and loved it for lunch or a delicious, filling dinner. We moved to a different part of the city but went tonight for takeout. Not only was the food delicious (falafel is always so incredible) and the portions are huge, they remembered me when I walked in the door! They asked me how I was, asked about my partner, and even let us take one of their delicious desserts as an extra! It put such a huge smile on my face! Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area, 10/10 food AND service!

This place is a hidden gem if I've ever seen one. If you ever crave that whole University City food truck vibe with food, then this is the place to go.

The food is seriously amazing especially for the price. The portion sizes are super generous even for the foodies that value quantity over quality. However, both the quantity and quality is top notch. Everything that you order is made at the time of the order. Nothing is pre-cooked prior to your order. I know this first hand cause the owner informed me that if I wanted the fried chicken entrees that I'd have to wait about 10 minutes longer due to him having to season, bread, and fry on the spot.

The owners are good people, and they'll look after you as a customer. Customer appreciation is always a priority in my list of restaurant evaluations, and this place does not disappoint. I'm glad I was able to visit this place because now it's on my radar, and if you're ever in the area it's definitely...

This place was the closest one to where I stayed during my visit to Philly, so I went all the way down there just to try a halal cheesesteak. I got quite disappointed when I learned that they don't have tables for dinning in, and on top of that, my phone's battery died so I didn't know how I could return or get a taxi back. Long story short, the person who took my order was really helpful. Helped to charge my phone while I was waiting for my order and later for the taxi to pick me up. I've got beef cheesesteak with onions and provolone cheese, I guess it was a 12 inch bread! The food was good, service was fast and the price for that portion was...
