Nice employees, very clean store, great food of course. My son wanted Cane's after an appointment at CHOP on 1/10 for his recently diagnosed chronic illness (stressssss). Didn't know we had one in the Northeast so we came through and dined inside to take a break from all the running around since I picked him up from school I was impressed considering it was Cottman, but the Roosevelt Mall actually does feel like it has a new identity. Employee attitude and cleanliness really stood out to me and tbh them being so nice kinda made my day. Bathrooms were super clean and that says everything. Everyone seemed to take a little pride in their role so hats off to management for fostering a positive work place. Cashier was cute and friendly. Despite being behind on eating for the day, hit my protein goals thanks to the Caniac meal. Thanks y'all; I'll...

The food here is amazing. They seemed to nail it. I like it better than any other chicken place in philly, and any other chicken place in recently memory. However, I must say, the fries were not my favorite. The sauce was superb. I love how they use canjun seasoning to bring it to life. Next, the service wasnt that good. The lady taking my order did a great job, I can tell that the staff do indeed work hard. However, the wait time was extremely long. Too long. We waited 30 to 40 minutes for just 1 simple order. The person bagging and selling the orders, was just plain slow and disorganized. This did take away from my experience. Please don't forget about in house orders and dont just prioritize the door dash guy. Overall, pretty good though, with some minor tweaks. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice with decorations set up to be...

Went here for the first time and ate inside. The people are so friendly and helpful. The menu is just variations chicken tenders and fries. I ordered a Cole slaw, fries and Texas toast along with a kids meal and drink. My Cousin ordered the chicken tender sandwich with trimmings and extra sauce. If you would like extra sauce they do charge an additional fee. I don't remember but was able to get two for a dollar with change back. The atmosphere is very lively and they take your order and say your name with there moto. It was fun to watch every time they called a name. The place is brightly decorated with big light fixtures hanging from the ceiling as well as large paintings and art. The drive thru was insanely long. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. I would definitely go back and...

I dont understand the long wait when all they sell is chicken fingers. Drop some every 10 mins. Wait is ridiculous for what they sell again all they have is chicken fingers and fries. On to the food. Chicken tenders look nothing like the pic. I was expecting nice size extra crispy tenders. What i received was 4 mini tenders that could use and another dip in the grease. Not crispy at all. Fries were hot and dusted with salt. I could do without the bread and cole slaw. They were not bad, just didnt need them. The famous sauce was too tangy for me taste like too much lemon or something tart thats added. All in all would i wait in line for 4 small uncrispy tenders again. NO i wouldnt. Over hyped if you ask me. Just normal tenders and fries. Again they are not bad but they are not delicious either.

I ordered online to pick up. The chicken tenders were moist, and the coleslaw was tasty and balanced the fries and chicken tenders. Customer service was attentive, and I got my order very soon after coming into the restaurant to pick it up. However, the Cane's sauce was too salty for my taste (not sure if it's this location. I have been to ones with sauces not as salty), the crinkle-cut fries were just average, and the lemonade could’ve had more lemon flavor; it was mainly sugar and water with a BIT of lemon. Overall, not bad but definitely some room for improvement.
