I was out celebrating a birthday with family & we was sitting at unreserved tables but as people came & got bottle service we were asked to move 3 times from 3 different tables which the bottle girls told us we could sit at because we ordered food and than a hookah which was ridiculously over priced at $60.00 as we moved for the 3rd time I noticed a man giving instructions to security to remove us once again & told us to take a hot buring hookah with us & don't sit at any other tables or booths if we did not buy a bottle .I was there for an hour & notice that my party was the only table repeatedly targeted to move so I asked why do u keep moving us around he told me that if I was gonna be aggressive security would throw me out & he got sum huge beast who was spitting as he was yelling for me to leave I said fine don't touch me security grabbed me by both arms & told me they were calling the cops because I was trespassing all of this after paying $20 for 2- 8 ounce long Island a $60 hookah $16 for 12wings & fries which were $8. I was pushed outside called names in which I responded & was told hangout at an establishment that caterered to my age group and kind becuz I was to broke to afford Bootle service .....the experience was disgusting from a male and to think I only went to celebrate a family members birthday I strongly suggest u think before attending Reserve the service was horrible disappointing and the food I would rate a 2 at best after eating 2 wings I felt sick & the fries were cold after a about 10 minutes. I don't know the man was instructing security to forcefully remove paying patrons because you questioned why were the only table being targeted to move but it showed poor management & leadership do not go I give this...
Read moreIf I could give this place 0 stars I would. The 1 star is only because the Bottle Service girl was cute. Overall, Bottle Service SUCKED! I spoke with a VIP area representative for a few weeks, leading up to the weekend of. I paid for two bottles that totaled $550 and was told my area would fit up to 9 people. When I arrived I was seated at two couches. The "manager" told me the two couch were mine. When I requested my bottles, the bottle service girl told me we only had one couch and were prompted to move. When I requested for the manager to come back down, he literally acted as if he didn't just tell me that the two couches were mine. Then he said, "You must have never been here before", and I felt that it was an insult. I requested my money back, and they refused to do so. The "VIP: area I was in, was literally a couch with a rope in front of it. Not to mention, the bottle service and everyone was constantly walking through it the entire night. Also, to use your debit card, there's a $35 minimum and they do not have an ATM on the premises. I will never go back to this...
Read moreI’m highly disappointed in my visit here. The website offers a variety in music (Dancehall, Afrobeats, reggae, hip hop) on Friday nights and it was exactly the opposite. I asked the MC/DJ if they planned on playing what was actually advertised and his response was “I don’t know” along with another hour of the same trap music. No one was really dancing and only a handful of people were bobbing their heads to the music. He played about 20 seconds of a newbie man song at one point, but that’s the most we got. There are many other places I could have done this for less than the $20 cover fee and $10+ drinks. There also needs to be a better system in verifying people who have paid to enter. I literally handed the cashier my $20 and was immediately stopped by a bouncer standing behind me who then asked the ladies if I paid. Please either pay attention or mark people’s hands because questioning the integrity of every single patron is excessive, especially when they are paying right in...
