I wanted to really enjoy this place with my kids today. We went in for the first time and will not return.
Bounce house jump only is $15 then there another package for $20 stated everything is included. (Bounce house jump, air hockey, foosball table and a 12min ride on the ride ons)
My kids wanted to ride the ride on so I figured I’ll go with the $20 package. Once paid I was told they needed to purchase jump socks for additional $3 per child. Total should have been $46 I was then charged $49. I had already tap to pay and didn’t realize.
The cars they wanted to ride were inside . The Jeep like cars..those are not included. Instead the front when you enter are the ride ons allowed . My 6 year old hop on to ride while my 3 year old sat in the back. The space riding was outside with such a small space my son couldn’t even maneuver correctly to turn without bumping into the walls. They were on there for a total of 2 mins before wanting to just get off. The staff saw and heard me say they didn’t enjoy it. They’ll just jump instead. He didn’t even bother offering me a refund after realizing a 3 year old couldn’t ride anything.
There are a total of 6 bounce house. 2 of them are duplicate. Nothing else is offered in the center other than ride ons. Which would be an extra charge.
We spent 15mins in here before my 6 year old son had to pee. There are no restrooms; they do have two nursing rooms. The staff told us to use the ones outside right above to them. I told my son to hold it in and let his 3 year old sister play some more. 30 mins past both had to pee.I changed them out of their jump socks to put their shoes on to walk into the restrooms above the center. The restrooms were gated and no way of us getting in. I had to walk the kids over the other side of the mall across from the Kate spade store to use the restroom there. We were gone for about 10 mins. I walked the kids back and we were refused Re-Entry…
I don’t understand how a jump center for children don’t have a restroom. Yes I left ; but left to take my kids to pee. They should have accounted the time families leave the center to use the restroom.
Overall everything should have been stated clearly . The staff just wanted to charged as much as they can for the day to stay open I guess…which is misleading for parents esp dealing with younger children. I walked in and they said “$20 for everything included” clearly was not. Also I wish they will fix the...
Read moreNOT WORTH IT!!! Visited this place with my family today & purchased the "Gold Pass" for 2 kids. Such a waste! The ice hockey table doesn't work & there was no ball for the Foosball table. Also, the inflatables were subpar - interesting enough to keep older babies (ages 1-2) busy but my 4 year old got bored very quickly. The motorized cars inside of the play area are in a tiny corner so only 1 car could be used at a time, comfortably. We then paid to use the ones that you can "ride around the mall" but the actual space to ride those in was small too. Throughout our entire visit, which was only about an hour, the 2 staff members watched us like hawks in the most harassing way. It got even worse whenever my kids were looking at the toys they sell & when we rode the carts outside of the store. It was as if they thought that we were going to ride away with those beat-up motor carts, or steal any of the cheap toys they had. It was an awkward, overpriced, disatisfying experience. Won't...
Read moreIt's ok, but mostly all the arcade games don't work. Even if you want to try and play the games, you have to find and chase the 1 worker working there to assist you. Once he's available, he doesn't give you coins for the machine. He puts in one coin to get the machine started and then walks away. If you want to play another time, you have to track him down. By that time, you lose interest. We paid for the $20 package for 2 kids each, which was ridiculous. You're better off going to the arcade near the AMC. The toys are all overly priced and are all fake knockoffs and look terrible. Once you get on the motorized cars, you only have 12 minutes to ride in a small circle in front of the store, and the employee will watch you like a hawk making sure you don't get any extra time pass 12 mins and your not trying to get an extra ride. My daughter is 3, and she seems to enjoy the bounce house, but that's all. For the experience I've gone through, I wouldn't recommend it...
