I ordered the tiramisu and a nova lox on an everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. Service was quick and very friendly! The bagel was amazing, I’m not usually a big fan of lox cause the texture but the bagel had a nice crispy crust. Soft in the inside. It was one of the best bagels I’ve had. I wish I had got some to go with a tub of cream cheese. The sandwich overall was the best lox I’d have but I don’t get that often. Theirs look so good I tried again. You have to pay extra for anything besides tomato onion and lettuce on it, I would have like capers but settled for none. It came with a side of pickles. They were delicious. Idk if they make their own or where they get them but I’d buy a jar. A great crunch but not rubbery or too chewy and the flavor wasn’t overwhelmingly tangy like some pickles can be. The tiramisu was really good, it’s huge too! I was not expecting the size. If you’re not a big fan of cocoa powder this is not for you. It did have a lot on it, it could use a bit less. But overall it was really good. I very much enjoyed it. It satisfied my craving for tiramisu that I’ve been having. I would definitely love to try the baklava next time after knowing how good...

Listen up everyone! If you enjoy bagels, top notch lox and a variety of cream cheeses - you MUST visit this place! I’m from NYC, and I moved to PHL about six months ago. Since that time I’ve been so disappointed with the bagels I’ve bought. They’re hard, tough to chew and trying to have a Lox sandwich on one of them is next to impossible. Today I discovered Talia’s and it’s like a miracle! FINALLY a bagel that’s lightly crisped on the outside, easy to bite into and chew- and doesn’t feel like lead in your stomach after you eat it. I HIGHLY recommend this little establishment! The owners are super friendly and originally from NYC ( Brooklyn ) and make their bagels by hand fresh daily! You CAN tell the difference!
