The matcha is not good and neither is the chai. Their signature lattes are also wayyyyy too sweet. Drinks are overpriced. Save your money and go elsewhere. They also should hire more competent workers.
Edit: I've been here twice so far. The first time I ordered a signature latte, the second time I came with a friend. My friend ordered a chai and an italian soda, and I ordered a matcha. While waiting for our drinks the second time, my friend received her two drinks (Chai and Italian soda) and went outside to sit while I stayed to wait for my order. While I waited for my matcha, one of the baristas said "did those two girls leave?" loudly and in a frustrated tone (which I perceived as rude) multiple times while I was still in the store to my face - one of the "girls" referring to me (even though I was still in the store). She was holding two matcha drinks but was calling out a different name (not me nor my friends). I confirmed that the other matcha the barista was holding was made for me, and left the store to sit outside. I do not appreciate how your response to my first review tried to paint this attitude as miscommunication and accuse me of taking someone else's drink when I did not. That experience of waiting for my drink did not encourage me to want to ask them to remake my order, which is not specified anywhere in the store. Thank you for acknowledging that I am entitled to my opinions, I will leave this review up so others can see them as well - I believe that customers deserve review of any establishment they visit for both good and bad...
Read moreSo kind of a mixed bag. The vibes are great, very cute spot. My daughter got a coffee drink with cold foam which was admittedly good but would have been better served with a sipping lid instead of a straw lid. I got a matcha latte and this is where things fell apart. On the plus side they had 2 options for plant based milk one of which was unsweetened almond milk (yay!) and again on the plus side was good quality Japanese matcha. So far so good right? But sadly this is where things go wrong. I got my matcha and it looked fine but soon as I took a sip with a straw it was clear that not only they did not sift thier matcha but they did not whisk it either. I kept getting balls of matcha sucked up through my straw. If they find someone who knows how to make matcha this could be great but until then I suggest you visit Jiggy or Vibrant for your...
