Went last night because we forgot why we stopped going and In the mood for a Frosty!

3 you did people up front. One young man was working his tail off while the 2 girls wa;led in circles laughing. Since it was bust, the young man was frustrated and told the girls they needed to do some orders.

At that point when it was our turn one of the young girls waited on us while constantly touching and playing with her hair. Sorry but around food this freaks me out...but I ordered anyway asking for among other things my chocolate Frosty. I was told I couldn’t have the Frosty because they were too soft and they were trying to get them frozen. I could wait but she didn’t know how long. At this point we were hungry and tired waiting so I said I’d take soda instead. The young woman handed me a cup, never saying if it was a different price or size than the Frosty but I took the cup and got a soda anyway.

At that point I started a search for a straw. Along with others standing around we asked 3 times for straws to be refilled before receiving them.

We went to sit down to eat and the place is a mess! Empty Dunkin Donuts coffee cups on one table...trash on floor. Chairs flung around. This place has had an update recently, but it is already looking run down.

The sandwiches were hot and tasted good, so we finished and left.

Once in parking lot, we noticed this site is a hang out for people using their WIFI, and homeless outside soliciting.

I had forgotten a sandwich to take home to my son so we drove around to the Drive Through instead of going in and going through all that again.

We waited in line t drive through 5 minutes for one sandwich! At least the young man at the window was very pleasant and actually looked at you while serving the order and said thank you. I appreciated that!

So I guess we are back to not going to Wendys again....

Yesterday I did a mobile order to be picked up in the drive thru, I do this all the time at other fast food locations.. get to drive thru, was first told they don’t have it, the order didn’t come through yet, meanwhile I have that the order was received, I was tons to come in. I had to park, go in, the one cashier insisted the order was picked up, I’m like um I placed the order and I’m now picking it up, make a long story short, someone took my order… never once did I hear an apology, the cashier was annoyed, tells the young man to start making the order, as she’s taking other people’s order, she is super nice to them saying nice to meet you, never once I did not get that treatment at all, I don’t like to put race into anything but the other customers were African American, and I am not, did not get any of this treatment actually it was the opposite, I was getting the treatment that it was my fault that someone else took my order, then heard her mumble that mobile orders should not be sent in drive thru.. meanwhile the app allows you to choose drive thru, dine in, or has a designated area for someone to bring it out.. now let’s talk about how the cashier had a huge hoop earring in her nose which is not allowed working in food service, not to mention people had gloves on handling both food and money without changing them, this is not allowed and can cause cross contamination, and make people sick.. I will never go to this location again, one on how I was treated, and most importantly their cleanliness, complete disgrace.. if you want to get sick this is the...

All I Gotta say is avoid this Wendy’s at all costs, i’ve never dealt with a such a nasty rude Wendy’s employee like I have at this location by the name of Shaniqua. I came in to place an order and I’m literally waiting there to be help, and I see another employee looking around supposedly for the cashier to take my order. After a few minutes waiting one of the employees tell me that someone will be with me shortly, So here she comes nonchalant like a customer not waiting instead of apologizing for the wait and asking how can she help me? She literally looks at me and nod her head at me to order, so I ignore it and place my order she then snatch my money. Slam my Frosty on the counter took it upon herself to put no sauce with my nuggets when she didn’t even bother ask what kind of sauce I wanted. This is not the first time I dealt with Shaniqua attitude, she is literally unprofessional and her stinking attitude is tarnishing this Wendy’s location, management need to literally evaluate this employee and find a solution. I’m definitely going to be reaching out to corporate...
