I came in about mid-afternoon on Friday, put my baby and carseat in the nearest booth. The woman behind the counter was doing something with her register. When I walked up to the counter, she gave me a "just a minute" while she finished, even though I walked past once already. I ordered my food, but the whole time I got the feeling like I was bothering her. While I was ordering, a couple came in and stood behind me in line. I took my cup, was not offered a receipt. I filled my drink and sat down waiting for my order. Several cars came through the drive thru while I was sitting and waiting. I turned to look back and my order was just chilling on the counter. I walked up to grab it and got zero acknowledgement from her. I didn't even bother trying to get her attention after I stood there for a minute trying to confirm that I was getting my food. I sat down to eat and my food was not hot. The fries were not hot enough for me to be concerned about giving directly to my baby. The au jus for my French Dip was not like a soup level of hot like it is at most other locations. I didn't feel like arguing with this woman as I was eating lunch a bit later than I was planning on already. The couple who ordered behind me never got their food. Read moreWent here today to get my husband the French dip. I went through the drive-thru and said I wanted the number 10. I pull up to the window , and the lady gives me the bag, I look in and there's a square box instead of the long rectangle. So I told her that "I wanted the French dip, the number 10". She says that she heard seven. So I told her no I want the number 10. Like are you really going to argue? I handed her the bag and she swapped out whatever was in the square box for the French dip. I drive off and realize that I didn't get the au jus to dip it in. I had to go up a couple blocks make a U-turn and come back. I parked the car and went in. It was pouring outside and my kids were in the car. The lady was helping another customer so I patiently waited for her to finish. She saw me but instead of helping walk-back put some fries in the deep fryer and then takes an order at the drive-thru! Another employee walk in so I asked her for the AU jus. As she was handing it to me the original lady that was helping asked if I needed something. That is the worst experienced I have ever had! I should have asked for a completely new meal because with all the backtracking and waiting around I had to do, my husband's food was cold. I guess it's good he has a microwave at work. Read moreTonight I ordered through Uber Eats from this restaurant. The food was atrocious. The fish sandwich was so overcooked that the corners were crunchy and chewy but the bun was burned. The orders of curly fries were cold and chewy and stale. The bread on the sandwiches was soggy. I did send a complaint through Uber Eats. But since this 100% had to do with the quality of the food, I also called the restaurant. I spoke with the manager Kyle. He continued to tell me over and over again that he was sorry, that it was not his problem, that I ordered the food through Uber Eats and therefore they had to handle the complaint. I tried explaining to him that the quality of the food had nothing to do with Uber Eats. He told me I was being argumentative and threatened to hang up on me. I asked for the district managers, name and phone number. According to Kyle, the district manager is Jason. I will be reaching out to Jason on Monday.
