4/1/24: I pulled into the drive-through at approximately 2148. I wasn't aware that this was 12 minutes before closing at this location, but I was sure to ask at the speaker if they were still open after I was greeted. Instead of answering my question, the person on the microphone repeated the standard how may I help you message... (I've worked food service and understand that closing time isn't really when things are wrapped up, and understandably so. These folks are often pressured to clock out early, rush closing, etc. When I ask about closing time, it's because I genuinely understand and don't want to be a burden: Having to clean the grill again, and so on.) I repeated my question, and this time, the person overseeing the drive through said, "I asked you a simple question. How may I help you, and what would you like? It's not hard to answer, bro." I shifted and transitioned to a new question: "When do you close?" I learned closing time was within ten minutes. I COULD have ordered, but it was clear that I shouldn't... the integrity of my food was probably in question at this point. I recommend management review this incident. My times and statements are accurate. Pulling up the record of who was on drive-through duty should be easy to do... I left, as I would have anyway once I learned it was closing time. Read moreIf I could give it a ZERO I would, worst customer service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Took my sons for dinner 2 of my kids thought they ordered the 5 for $4 special and 1 of my sons got the 2 for $6, they didn't get what they ordered, I went up to the counter and told the heavy set lady that things were missing, she was going to make it right, then another heavy set lady turned to her and said nothing was missing on the order when clearly we were missing 2 burgers. I got only 1 burger that was missing, the food was extremely cold, the fries felt like they weren't cooked all the way thro. Spending $43 on meals I expected to get what we ordered and have decent customer service, which to my dismay did not happen. To top it off the table was dirty, and there was a mop bucket just sitting in the middle of the floor. Not what you want to see going to eat. I will never again enter that establishment and spend my hard earned money, I hope with this review you lose customers, maybe then will you employ...

Needless to say but I will, I use to love BK as you use to be able to order a delicious, (hot I might add) and freshly prepared yummy burger off the broiler prepared to succulent perfection but not any more.
I mean its a reasonable presumption, well assumption to have it my way which use to be their slogan and quite memorable not the burgers which I hasten to forget as they set the expectation to after all have it my way as duly noted and that is hot not room temperature...geesh Louise!
