The new lady somehow related to the owner keeps over charging me for items I’ve been going here for two years and never dealt with anything like her our recent encounter was a piggy back on my last visit. I waited for quite some time at the counter with my water and other items in the time I did reach in my waist band for keys. No one came out I said hello a few times she came out charged me and I left the next time I came back she over charged me and said that was for the water and items I stole. I’m beyond frustrated I waited and paid and you come at me the next day saying i didn’t pay. Any sense of loyalty I had is gone constantly overcharging and am asinine accusation to top it off. The new smoke shop opened across the street and I hate to say unfortunately I will exclusively be going to the new smoke shop. No longer going to crown beer and wine. Beer is always cold, the store always has my brands and most importantly I believe is that this guy behind the counter always a smile and something nice to say. There is another convenience store block away, even closer to my home, but I have never received the same treatment from the other guys the way Mr. D. Does. Their schedule has been wrong for some time now. They're supposed to open at 8am, even on weekends. I went up there a few hours ago around 8:30 and there was no sign of anyone.
