⨠Five Stars for Butlerâs Easy... Phoenixâs Best Kept âNot So secretâ Secret!!!
If Gatsby lived in Phoenix, this would be his bar. Tucked away on Butler and 7th, Butlerâs Easy oozes speakeasy charm without a hint of pretension, the kind of place where the lights are low, the vibes are high, and the cocktails could convince anyone they have sophisticated taste.
The bartenders? Absolute legends. Rosemary, Arel, and Becca donât just mix drinks, they craft experiences. Their spins on classic cocktails are so good they should be patented. Whether youâre in the mood for something smoky, floral, or downright dangerous, theyâll whip up magic faster than you can say âone more round.â
Come on a Wednesday for trivia.... hands down the best hosted trivia night in Phoenix. The host writes all her own questions, which makes it the perfect mix of clever, challenging, and hilarious. Saturdays bring live music that fills the room like a smooth old-fashioned, and Sundays serve up drag brunches that are equal parts fierce and fabulous.
And just when you think theyâve done it all, May rolls around, and they throw an adult prom!!!! Thatâs right!!... drinks, dancing, and a do-over for anyone who wants to rewrite prom night (no curfew this time) ;)
Butlerâs Easy isnât just a bar.... itâs a community with great taste. Come for one drink, or stay for five..... You'll leave already planning your next visit! That's how...

That said, I've been coming here for years. Trivia nights are always a treat thanks to Rosemary (manager). Drinks are always a treat thanks to Arel (dedicated drink scientist). Ask for the Long Jimmy, handcrafted tequila cocktail, pineapple forward, spicy finish from ginger AND jalapeno. Who the fâ¢k has ever heard of pimento liquor?!? Events planned throughout the month, always something fun and inclusive. Please don't drown this gem of a bar. Profitable and long-lasting...
Read moreOur first time here with my wife. She is always looking for the best old fashioned and me for beer variety. We get both here at this local hidden gem. We had a pub plate which consist of a pretzel, stone ground mustard almonds, and gerkins. Happy hour prices are full effect til 7pm. For the pub plate two beers, two old fashions (she liked them) and a high noon cost us $65 with tip. I enjoy bars that we can have conversation without overpowering music. This is the place. Our server Rebecca was attentive and answered all our questions. The vibe is dark, chill and just below business professional. Come after the...
