I've been here about 3 times or so but my recent visit was awful. The place was busy and there were several people waiting before us. I placed an order for 2 drinks and asked for the largest size they had. We sat down to wait for our order and we're waiting for about 35 minutes. When I went to the counter to get our drinks I noticed they were smaller than what was shown as the largest cup size. I asked the guy and he went to the back to ask about the drink size then comes out and said they would remake it in the correct size but only took one drink. Then another guy came and asked if everything was ok, I proceeded to tell him what happened and he said he would take care of it and also goes to the back. Then a 3rd guy comes out telling me something about how they didn't charge me for the largest size for one of the drinks but that they supposedly gave me a bigger size anyway. I told him that if I only paid for one large cup they still didn't give me what I paid for. He then starts arguing with me and tells me he could give me the large size but I would have to pay $3 extra. I had already paid over $22 for 2 drinks and had to wait for over 35 minutes, and told him it wasn't my fault the order wasn't rung up correctly and asked for a refund. He then points at the 2nd guy and says he'll help me with that then proceedes to go to the back room without saying anything to the 2nd guy. The 2nd guy came back and asked if they had resolved my problem, I told him no and that I wanted a refund because the 3rd guy was basically arguing with me when it wasn't my fault they might have charged me incorrectly and given me the wrong cup size. The guy said that the guy that was arguing with me was the manager but said he would correct the problem. A few minutes later he comes back with 2 large drinks but at this point I didn't really want the drinks after almost 45 minutes waiting. Besides who knows what they might have done to our drinks, but we ended up taking them and ended up throwing them away. Definitely not a good experience or a way to treat customers from the manager... Don't think we really want to go back to this place after...
Read moreWe came in and ordered just apps and they took 45 minutes and still weren't done. I asked for a refund and they ended up double charging me instead. When I asked again for a refund in the total amount it became a whole other unnecessary hassle. The (owner?) told me he gave me my refund receipt, which he did not (I was holding my receipt for having been double-charged) and he insisted I had my refund receipt. I asked several times for them to stop looking for the receipt that didn't exist, and to instead just hit reprint, and they refused, so I left. They double-charged me and the money instantly was drained from my account, yet the employees kept telling me "it can take 5-7 business days to return to your account." Which I understand, and don't need to be snidely told repeatedly when all I want is my money back.
So I don't actually know what anything is like there. I went to Chipotle. Got 4 meals in 6 minutes, no issues.
Also, I do NOT want any "response from the owner" except to expedite my refund. I have wasted enough time with these people and I've already read their hollow "we are so sorry you experienced that" reply to the other terrible reviews (that I'm regretting I didn't read before setting foot into that pit of disorganized, borderline fraudulent...
Read moreA coworker had brought me a drink from here so I wanted to check it out myself. Upon arrival at 7:28pm I was very happy and excited to try the different drink options available here. I ordered a Rose Milk tea with boba and my husband ordered the Peach Power smoothie and the Bo Bia spring rolls. We sat down to wait for our order, about 15-20 minutes went by and everyone that arrived before us was gone. I group of 6 women arrived after us and ended up getting their drinks before us, I'd already been there 30-40 minutes. When I went to see when my order would be ready the cashier was clueless as to what it was and had to frantically search her register for it. She found it and said I'll make sure they make it right now. So they never even had the order, we would have to wait even longer. I told her to give me a refund, she processed it and said it'll take 3 days for the money to go back. I said not only have you wasted my time here but now I have to wait for my money so I can't use it somewhere else. I told here I'll take whatever you can give me for my time and inconvenience, but she said she couldn't while giving me attitude because she already refunded my money. I was close to tears of frustration so I just walked out. I'm never coming...
