Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Phoenix

Alright, I've heard and reviewed the criticism of this chicken place, and I have stopped in for the 3rd time in 5 weeks and at different times and days, including today. As you can see, I get several reviews of places I eat at or visit, so today is no different. Since today was America's birthday, I stopped in and ordered a 12 piece. I looked around and I used to drive through this time and it wasn't too busy. The young man that helped me I believe his name was Daniel was very courteous and professional. I noticed a co-worker behind him who I think was a manager on her cell phone but she wasn't on it very long and I think she just sent a message to someone and got back to work. Took a couple of photos of them. I get home and I sat down to inspect the chicken before I served it to my guest. I did this to see if the criticisms that others posted held and he valued to their comments and I did not find that. The chicken was properly cooked there was no color of any pink that I could find it was freshly baked and seasoned well. To the staff employees of Church's Chicken I congratulate you on a job well done. To the customers that frequent this restaurant or Eatery, I don't doubt your comments but I do doubt the service that you're getting and for now I'll call this a hit and miss because all three times that I've been there within the past 32 days it has been all good experiences. Where do I even start with this establishment. My wife and I order the exact same order every single time we go here and it is never consistent. There have been times where our biscuits have been left out, my wife’s mash potatoes were missing, my wife got mac and cheese instead of mash potatoes, I ordered all legs and I got all thighs, I have ordered original and have gotten all spicy and the list could go on and on. I have even so much as have gotten under cooked chicken! I tend to be a really nice and level headed guy, I go back to this establishment hoping that they could just get it right. Well tonight was my last straw. I ordered my number 2 combo, 3 classic legs, med. strawberry Fanta, and large fired okra. My wife ordered a number 3 combo, 3 classic chicken fingers, med. Dr.Pepper, and a large mash potatoes. When we got our food from the drive through we parked because we had realized they had given us a regular mash potatoes instead on a large. When we got home and started eating I had realized not only did they not give me all legs, they also only gave me 2 chicken BREAST!!! I will NOT be coming here again and will be making and extra drive to go to the next closet one near me. Deeply...

My daughter went thru drive thru here at this location n placed her order. 8 piece mixed, 2-12 piece chicken tenders, cup jalapenos, large fry n poppers. She didn't check her order being that the kid at drive thru read her order back to her. She gets home goes to open all boxes due to the fact my grandson was excited for the chicken tenders. No chicken tenders in the 3 boxes that were handed to her. We get in the car to go back. We get there it's 7:11pm doors are locked. Another kid opens the door. No hello, no what is the problem, what may I help you with, nothing. So I said you Fvoked up the order. He proceeds to look at the the receipt n goes off with, Well you got the 8 piece. True one box correct. He never apologized for the inconvenience of having to drive back. No apologies whatsoever, not even a courtesy of offering a drink or two nothing. This location is a damn joke. The 2 young men working the front have no business working there. And to top it off the figured I didn't understand Spanish when the one started talking smack about us to the ladies in the back. Definitely not recommend this place to anyone....
