Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Phoenix

Hoping someone from corp.or owner on 1-11-19 your manager the girl with dark hair she's hispanic I don't no her name she did not have a name tag on she stole my monie I ordered a#15 and added a chicken fajita pita sub.grilled filet to go like I always do since the past 15yr anyhow u get in my car open the package and there is this disgusting yellow fat more then half on my grilled filet that I paid 2$ ext for so I go back in so I this point I'm a Lil upset I didn't won't to eat anymore so I ask for a refund of a gift card they said they can't the only thing is replacing my food so I said what ever I'll wait even the cook said it will take 5min cuz it's fresh so again I said I can wait that's fine she comes in the store saying look I thrue you and your husband out ones already so I said exsuse me and you always have something wrong with your food so I said I'm waiting for my food and im leaving she Kemp going so I kept going she wouldn't even look at the good I kept asking her plz look at the food she wouldn't do it I said to her would you eat slop or would you haven't done rite ..she called the police on me lieing saying that I'm threatening her and that I'm going to harm her NO. Walked in just to buy a soda. Figured since I’m here I wanna wash my hands I just bought something and since I’m a paying Customer why not. Asked the manager on duty I’m assuming that’s who it was with a sweater vest on if she could open the door for me with a code. She kind of looked at me with the look of someone that doesn’t want to do anything. When I came out of the restroom, I said you folks don’t have soap in the men’s restroom. Do you have any or hand sanitizer, considering this is a establishment for food handling. She looked at me and said is that all you’re gonna do is just wash your hands I said yes, considering every one of these people were wearing a mask but handling food with hopefully washed hands. She didn’t seem like she cared much about it when I asked her about the soap at first, but when I asked again, she acted like I was having her do the impossible job of opening up another door so I can wash my hands. I will say absolutely disgusting. It’s one thing to implement a mask, but to deny people that are eating at your facilities or even making food and giving them what seemed to be like grief for trying to stay clean. It definitely is alarming. I rate 1 star because at least the first person was fast to take my order, but sad to deal with the laziness of...

This is quite likely the worst Jack in the Box location in history. The staff is always nice, let me premise the review with that statement. That said, be prepared to just sit and sit and never receive any food. There’s always something “wrong” at this location. Their credit card machine is down 80% of the time so cash only, or their fryer isn’t working so you can’t order 80% of their menu, or they’re out of chicken completely….it’s always something. They never post any signs so you don’t know you can’t use a credit card or order the food you came to get until you get to the speaker. By that point, you’re now held hostage in line because their drive-thru is cemented around. I just sat for 10 minutes, as did the three cars in front of me, and then finally got to roll on through and be on my way when they finally served the first car in the line. Apparently, the fryers are down today so you can literally order a burger…..no fries, nothing else, just a burger. But they’re super sorry that I’m going to sit in their drive-thru and waste my lunch break and not even get...
