I recently relocated back to the valley, from San Diego, and I was in the mood for some fried rice. I ordered through UberEats, and it arrived perfectly wrapped up, and the boba lids were sealed. I live by reviews from others, so I can attest this is a quality fried rice. There’s a lot of great flavors not many other locals places use! I would only suggest maybe adding tofu as a protein option, so more vegetarian/vegans can try; I identify as vegetarian, but I eat shrimp every blue moon, so I was comfortable with order it as my protein. Other than that, I will be looking to exploring more from their menu :)

Very plain and unflavorful food . The spicy Beef ramen was a big let down . The beef smelled like dog food and was really dry, almost like it was microwaved. The crunch roll I ordered was okay , but I don't understand why they would put a puddle of soy sauce underneath the rolls ?? I hate soy sauce, they should leave that up to the customer to put on . Last thing I ordered was a "Bowl" of orange chicken. It's not a bowl of orange chicken at all , more like a single scoop of orange chicken and a pound of white rice. I'd honestly just go somewhere else and pay a few bucks more per item .

Decided to stop in for lunch today to try NoRa since I was in the mood for ramen. Ordered the miso ramen which they made pretty quickly. The portion size was good, had lots of noodles and other toppings. Noodles were nice and firm with some chew to them, not soft & soggy like some places. Broth was good, not too salty, oily or heavy on the miso. The chashu was great, had a nice roasted crust on edges, they grilled up the surface a bit more and it had a nice firm but easy to bite & chew texture. Overall found their ramen to be a good value for the price.

Convenient, affordable. and decent-tasting options for Asian (mostly Japanese, Chinese).

1st so we samples a few different things. Ordering system is a little unpolished. Menu items are seemingly in random order with maybe 80% grouped in logical areas (like starters, sushi, etc). Keep scrolling to find what you’re looking for if you don’t find it under the category. Also, don’t mind the duplicates. They seem to all get the job done and prices are the same.

Pickup was super fast, easy.

We had:

Edamame - Nothing to it, but they didn’t mess it up Chicken Gyoza - Deep fried froze dumplings - and yummy like a fast food indulgence Tonkatsu Ramen - OK, but our noodles were kinda overdone (tough to do as takeout) Pork Katsu - OK. A little tough, but tasty (note: sauce is on the meat, not on the side, so time matters as the breading soaks up the sauce and texture is lost) Chicken Chow Mein - familiar, greasy Chinese takeout noodles - again, pretty yummy Tempura Philly Roll - So-so. Shoulda looked closer. Their Philly is a California Roll + cream cheese (expecting salmon, like most sushi places i’ve been). Sauce (eel + thousand island-ish) was a bit too generous tempura style. Spicy Beef Bowl - Beef was a bit tough (stewed, not stir fry), but it was tasty. CAUTION: Spicy = hot as hell. The chili sauce comes on top/side of the rice so you can control. I mixed in all of it… bad call. This was like specifying Thai hot at local Thai places. Had to grab gym towel a...

i work right next to this restaurant, things have always been so good. never had any issues except for today. They installed a new order machine so you can order and pay yourself, well as i put my order in. i noted to Substitute something for something else, keep in mind they always do this for me, even before they installed this new machine, the guy with kinda long hair and always wears a hat is always nice to me and i know it not his fault, but then goes to tell me that they can't see the notes that i entered on the machine !!! ??? SO Why have that option??, That was a lie !!! I even said I was here yesterday and the Manager told me to enter it like how I did today. So then they tell me they can remake my order but next time i need to write it down..... ABSOLUTELY NOT !!!! That's not my job. Especially when I'm a regular. In conclusion, I went back after it had been about 30-40 min in total waiting for my order. I retrieve my order to come to find my order looking like an order you would get off of a kids menu. Just Ridiculous and sad. This company definitely lost my doctor and I as a customer. And will never recommend this place to any of my patients that I see on a...

Oh boy. Well, I am so sad that on my cheat day I chose this place. We were cautious because it’s a chain multi-Asian type kitchen and I should’ve listen to my gut. I’m more bummed than anything. I know I won’t get a refund but that’s life. I have to say the only thing that was palatable was the orange chicken but it was not anything remarkable. We order the pad Thai and the Malaysian noodles and all I can say is if there’s a person reading this reviews, please try both plates at this particular location. If you eat it and say with a straight face, that they actually liked it, then forget I mentioned it. However, I hope, if this place wants to succeed that someone with an actual palate tries it and knows how to fix it. I hope they do fix it because in this economy it would suck if it fails. Please for the love of god, do something...
