The cookies alone are 5 stars, hands downs best cookie ever. Ultimately have to rate 4 stars because the Crumbl company/business 2 to 3 stars at best.
Not sure if other locations are like this or if other people feel how I feel, but it does not look or feel welcoming inside. And I feel like a ghost when I walk in because the workers wont say boo to you. They look up sometimes because they heard the door open but since you are just the wind they just continue what they were doing for several minutes before any acknowledgment. There’s no tables or even waiting chairs for elderly or disabled. Only once out of 5-6 visits a short haired white girl smiled and said hi. The cookies are so good that I’m not really bothered by the poor customer service until the second part of my complaint comes in.
My second complaint is with the whole company. After you place your order, online delivery or in store, a $2- $6 tip is already included in the total. For delivery it’s somewhat reasonable but definitely not in person. They include a $2 tip in the 4 and 6 pack, $6.00 in the 12 back and $3 for a single, yes $3 tip for one $5 cookie. Yes theres an option to change or remove the tip if you happen to see it. Thats scandalous and insulting because I actually enjoy tipping when I receive good service. By already including the tip it makes me feel like the company thinks we’re incapable of tipping or too stupid to notice being taken advantage of. Some people would feel obligated to leave the tip cuz they’d feel like an a*hle.
I hate to make petty complaints but I really enjoy these cookies and it disappoints me to see crumbles $2 pettiness every time I pick up ccookies. I wish they would change that format cuz I think Crumbl is better than that since I hear how successful they are...
Read moreI would’ve put 5 stars but I put 4 instead just because of how steep the prices are for these cookies. I only ordered from here because I got a $25 gift card from a coworker for my birthday and I was only able to get a 6 pack of the big ones and even then I ended up spending about $2.30 with all the taxes put on top. I am torn in between if it was worth it or not (if I spent all $27.30 combined out of my own pocket) but for the sake of this review I will say that it was nice to get these and try them for the first time. I’ve been wanting to for a long time but when I found out how expensive they were I just couldn’t do it. Anyway, enough negative, let’s talk about the positive. The positive would be that I was very satisfied after my purchase (remember, only spending $2.30 out of my own pocket) because the cookies were so sweet and just truly satisfying. Now, I didn’t care for the Smores cookie I got but the Cake Batter cookie was very good. I didn’t even try anything else yet except those 2 cookies but just based on the taste of the cookies alone, I would say I love them! The ingredients must be fairly high quality (compared to most restaurants offering cookies and the grocery stores and what not) for them to have such a unique and satisfying taste. Didn’t taste like something weird was mixed into them like you usually might taste in the others I mentioned. I want to say that they almost tasted “virgin” but they definitely aren’t. There’s lots of stuff mixed into them and that’s another really cool thing about Crumbl specifically. It truly is somewhat of a wonderland for cookies in there! When I walk in, I think of the workers as the Oompa Loompas like in Willy Wonkas Chocolate Factory. Pretty cool and...
Read moreI meant to write this review a week or two ago, but after going in again today and seeing the same exact situation, I’m honestly fed up.
Every time I visit this Crumbl, they look severely understaffed, and the workers who are actually doing their jobs look exhausted and overworked. Today, it was the light-skinned girl taking and making all the orders completely by herself. No one was helping her. Not a single person. And yet she still gave great service with a smile, like she always does.
Other times I’ve come in, it’s the short African American girl with long braids running the show by herself. I never caught her name, but she’s pretty and always polite—even apologized once for how long my order took, when it wasn’t even her fault. She was the only one doing anything while the others just stood around. It’s the same two girls every time I go in, holding that entire store together, and it’s disappointing and honestly infuriating.
To be clear, the issue is not with them—they are consistently professional, kind, and doing the absolute most. The problem is management, and how this location is overworking these teenage girls while others barely lift a finger. It’s unfair, it’s irresponsible, and it needs to change.
Also… the cookies? Mid at best. Always sold out of popular flavors, and even if you order online, you’ll be stuck waiting just as long as if you walked in.
This Crumbl location needs a serious wake-up call. Stop running your store on the backs of two hardworking girls and start managing your staff properly
This location desperately needs a management overhaul. It’s not fair to the customers or the staff members who are actually trying....
