There are a couple parking spots available via the adjacent alleyway, but your best bet is local street parking, using the deck right next door, or riding in on your bike (they have a sturdy rack out back). They accept both cash and cards for payment, and you are able to enter directly from Roosevelt or through the entrance in the rear through the alley.

Dialog is by far my favorite spot for coffee in the downtown area and I’m fairly certain I get about 60% of my work done there. The staff is friendly and trained to dial in the coffee each day to ensure their espresso drinks are on point, which I very much appreciate. The management is great and always brainstorming new events and offerings to maintain Dialog’s position in the city as not only a coffee shop but a place for artists and locals to gather and imbibe.

In addition to serving up delicious coffee, Dialog hosts local events, serves small plates (i.e., burritos, cheese plates, Japanese milk bread, etc.), sells novel gifts and books, has a stock of delicious non-alcoholic options, and is your plug for unique home decor. They also sell clothing from local artist Sidewalk Chalk!

As someone who has been working remotely in coffee shops for a while, there are a couple important callouts for my people:

Outlets are pretty scarce, so if you need power, you will need to be situated in the right spot There is an indoor lobby right outside the shop that is perfect for stepping out into for taking virtual meetings or phone calls Heads up that there is sometimes a DJ on Thurs/Fri who plays music a little louder than normal Since I use a hotspot, I am unable to attest to their WiFi strength, however I have never heard anyone complain about it

All-in-all, the vibe is always on point, and I appreciate everything that Dialog does/offers for coffee shop addicts and remote workers like me and for the local community. I highly recommend...

Ok let me start off by saying this was the sweetest most friendly barista I've ever had the pleasure of ordering with, I wish I got their name. They were so kind and patient as we tried to figure out exactly what we wanted. I've been to other coffee shops with similar artsy ascetics that have felt so cold and pretentious but the team at this place were so kind and helpful. My partner got a cappuccino which was excellent, perfect espresso to coffee to foam ratio which is saying something because we bring our own cups and 10 times out of 10 he ends up with a cup of warm milk with slight coffee flavor. I ordered an americano matcha with a touch of their house lavender syrup and the barista assured me that it wouldn't be too sweet and let me tell you this was DELIGHTFUL. The matcha is really good quality, it's a vibrant green color and has an excellent flavor with no gritty or bitter taste. The small amount of syrup that was added was Chefs kiss truly the perfect whisper of lavender that complimented the matcha's earthy tones. Finally I've found somewhere that has replaced the hole cha cha's desert palmer has left in my heart (rip).

As you can tell by the length of this review these beverages are top notch and will keep you happily caffeinated through out the day.

TLDR go here...

I had the pleasure of visiting Dialog this morning along Roosevelt Row, and I was absolutely blown away! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the bright, open space filled with natural light — it has such a welcoming vibe. There's tons of seating, perfect for working, catching up with friends, or just enjoying a peaceful moment. The coffee menu was full of delightful espresso combinations, and I couldn’t resist trying one! They also had some refreshing and beautifully crafted mocktails — a perfect option for the afternoon. Plus, their selection of pastries was mouthwatering! What really stood out, though, was the blend of art and locally made clothing on display. It added such a unique touch to the space, making it feel like more than just a coffee shop, but a little cultural hub. As for the "outdoor seating," it’s located in the atrium of the TEN-ONE building, so while technically indoors, it has a lovely outdoor feel with a lot of light and fresh air. It's the best of both worlds! All in all, I give Dialog a solid 10/10. Whether you're in the mood for incredible coffee, tasty treats, or just a place to unwind, this spot has it all! Can’t wait...
