I was hoping for a pleasant experience but not on this night. I was attempting to read the wine list when my husband and I arrived. One of the bartenders decided to do his best "Robocop" cosplay shtick and bark at me to step from behind the bar. Mind you, there was no sign indicating that I had crossed this imaginary line. Since he acted in such a manner we decided to leave but not before I called him out. We had been to a few bars and restaurants in the area in the previous days and were treated respectfully. This place was a glaring exception. I don't need to be treated like a kindergartener when we go out to enjoy ourselves.

Jason,

I appreciate your response and understand the need for maintaining a safe environment. However, my concerns were firstly, the condescending manner in which I was treated. That was totally unnecessary. Also, the fact that there was no signage indicating that I had inadvertently stepped behind the bar. Posting a sign in a prominent location might prevent future incursions. Thanks for your...

We stopped in on Saturday afternoon after walking past the wilderness which looked obviously busy. The Theodore was starting to fill up but there was lots of space to spread out. Bartender was super friendly and made some great recommendations. We have been liking sour beers so we tried some Rainbow Sherbet one and Strawberry Supernova. They did not disappoint! There was a nice couch to sit on cute Christmas decor and a TV playing key and Peele which is like the best show ever haha. They had a selection of at least 50 beers many local love places like this where you can try a bunch of things. I don't think they had food here but I could be wrong and there's lots of food nearby. I will definitely be back and recommend this over the way too crowded wilderness brewery which is great for the record but too much of a...

Although, the atmosphere and the selection of drinks, is pretty darn good, the only reason I’m giving a 3 star, is due to staff. Four of us arrived and scooted toward the bar; it was a little loud and the bar tender said something. Not exactly sure, at first. We were waiting to speak with him so he can take our drink order—we were unaware yet if their system to do just that, he raised his voice in an angry form that the area where we were was closed and quickly gave us his back. Because our friend insisted on staying, we did. Yes, the beer was good and, like mentioned, the place itself is pretty nifty. But this is the first time I ever complain about staff. Not exactly sure I’ll go back due to that. (And no, it...

People love craft beer and edison bulbs. It's me. I'm people. Super awesome vibe. A food truck outside on their sweet patio (I did not partake in foodtruck -Beer is food. Amiright?!) I went on a Friday night about 7pm, it wasn't crowded. Crowd started picking up about 830ish...not sure if that's normal, but seemed like information people would want to know. The good and bad, taps rotate out regularly, so probably don't get hooked on one kind of beer, because it likely won't be there next time. However Beertenders were great with the recommends and will help find something just as lovely anytime you go. Also great can selection and not terribly overpriced.
