This is the second time we've been to Dickey's Barbecue the first time we were there we both ordered the plate of the day it was a brisket sandwich the choice of two sides I had the fried zucchini and potato casserole everything was very good the food was hot and for about $22 for two people I thought it was well worth it I was very pleased the second time we went to Dickey's Barbecue we both ordered the one meat plate with macaroni and cheese and fried zucchini as our sides they said they had no fresh zucchini and so it would take about 3 or 4 minutes to make a fresh batch no problem 15 minutes later as we were both about done with our meals I had to go up and ask about the zucchini they hadn't forgotten to make some fresh zucchini so I asked if they could just take it off the price of the dinner they said no it was included in the price of the dinner so they brought us out a chocolate chip cookie and a brownie to replace the zucchini that was okay I suppose at least they did something to make it right but I will have to say these two meals cost $33 I want the food was good I didn't get what I wanted and I feel that $33 was way too much to pay probably won't be going back to Dickey's for a while okay so this is the third time we came to Dickey's barbecue I ordered the brisket sandwich with green beans and creamed spinach besides square hot and tastes very well the sandwich had a lot of meat and it was very tasteful I was very pleased with my meal my friend had the one meat plate with green beans and potato casserole she seemed to enjoy her sweet as well one thing I can say is we brought her cups back but the impression that we would get free drinks we were charged for one drink and the other drinks they said was free now how does this work if you're one person and you save your tub come in for a free drink I don't understand it anyway oh no it was a good meal is $27 I still think it's a little expensive but the food was good and the...

(I'm not computer savvy) First it wouldn't let me see the menu without having to almost give them a background check and credit report. Then after messing with it for awhile trying to get around the whole life information being requested i gave in and then I was kicked out of the site. So with others not just myself wanting BBQ I just decided to go to the restaurant. I think there were 4 people working and after being charged wrong, the waiting felt like forever and it was just me then a lady showed up and because it was taking so long for my order and all she wanted was the Wednesday special I paid for hers. She was on a break from work and she ran over hoping to get a quick bite. Well that turned out to be a mistake. While waiting she left to ask or let them know at her work that it was going to be a little longer then she had hoped. With the coupons I received in the mail I still end up spending over 50 bucks. 1st time here I ordered the Family meal and a full rack. Food tasted great but the whole experience has convinced me to maybe try somewhere else for BBQ next time. The staff seem friendly, place was clean, the food was great, but the over all experience was not the best and with time being very important to me, the website being not user friendly, it's unfortunate that I was disappointed to the point of not wanting to ever return. Read moreI would normally have given this spot a better review but after my experience the other day, I'm having a hard time with even 1 star. On Friday night, I placed an order for curbside delivery on their website and was told it would be ready for pickup at 10 pm. I head down there and arrive by 9:55. I proceed to try calling to advise I arrived since there is no curb side specific parking, but no answer. I proceed to call 6 more times, all with same results. I then go to front door, where I see an employee cleaning, and proceed to knock on glass. Nothing.... So I knock again, but harder and do so for like 2 minutes. The employee acts like I don't exist. So needless to say, I leave there without food and money taken from my account. The following day, call and ask for manager, but told to call later cause he's not there. Try again later, still no manager. Now today I call again, and supposedly spoke to manager. Tell him what happened and I'm told that they will remake my food for me. In order to get refund I may have to wait 3 days. When I say I have no ride to go pick up food and I've already tried that and ended up being wasted trip and time, no apology or nothing , only that they can't deliver. So now, I'm once again waiting for a place that I feel has no empathy for their customers. To only offer me to come get food that I ordered cause I wanted it 2 days ago or to wait 3 days for refund that is mine is absolutely absurd.
