Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Phoenix

This review is from past experience as a driver. I was employed at this Domino's location for several years from 2009 through 2015. So this review will be on this perspective of working at this Domino's location. I have to say I really enjoyed my time working at this Dominos. We made it our effort to deliver all orders within 30 minutes. In my time there I made sure that we never had any complaints and if we did have any complaints they were not justified in my opinion. The place was always clean and employees always washed their hands. All counters were white and the floor was kept as clean as possible but that was hard because of the corn meal that makes a pizza place floor dirty. There was never any outdated food because the product was managed very well. The food was pretty fresh and the oven timers were set to bake the pizza at a proper temperature at a specified time by Domino's corporate standards. The only problem I could see with this Domino's location would be the proportion of the serving of cheese or sauce or other toppings on the pizza. Domino's gives a specified amount of servings for a topping and it's a guideline that all Domino's locations have to follow. If toppings were off it's not by much. The crew was very friendly and great to work with and I enjoyed going to work at this Domino's location. We always made an effort to answer a phone call within three rings and if the phones were busy we would ask the caller if they could hold and try not to have them on hold for a long time. The pay was okay. I just wish the tips were better. This restaurant never really had any rodent problems and the only occurrence of a rodent was one time I remember that a mouse was at the back door. I guess the mouse had snuck in the back door while it was open but other than that there is never been any rats or roaches that I have seen. The food is processed and comes in packages and is served from packages. So I would say as long as the food is kept at the temperatures that they're supposed to be kept at there should be no health problems. People that scam would sometimes say they got sick off the pizza but that's hard to believe because none of the pizzas are touched once they come out of the oven. So any bacteria that is on the food is killed once baked in the oven. What's the pizza comes out of the oven it is placed directly on the cardboard box and cut with a pizza cutter. The pizza Cutters are the only things that may be dirty but that's from repeated use of cutting previous pizzas. If you're very worried about sanitation then you could request a pizza cutter that is clean to cut your pizza and they will happily oblige. Other than that I think this Domino's Pizza was a good place to work for from the. That I was there and I truly enjoyed working with all the staff that was there and I have lots of memories and I have continued friendships and relationships with the crew that I worked with in the past. I'd recommend working at this Domino's to anyone looking to deliver pizzas or working in a crew like environment or managing...

I've had this store for almost 2 years now and I order usually twice a week. My order is always fast, hot, accurate and the the delivery guys are always really polite and great to deal with. I have had problems everywhere I have lived with pizza being delivered in some form or fashion even if it was just minimal. Past delivery locations I have always had something go wrong, they failed to show up the last place I lived, they also failed to bring something that was supposed to be in my order, or it was cold or sloppy looking or just plain got the order wrong. Which I can understand, it gets busy and no bodies perfect, well except 5030 W Mcdowell they seem to have pizza delivery down to a science.I know that my pizza is going to be delicious every single time with this store and when I say fast I have been shocked because there have been times when I was certain that I just got done ordering and they are at my doorstep already with a perfect pizza !!If I ever have to move again I am going to pack that Dominos location up and take...

I ordered onlime, it said 30 minutes for delivery after and an hour passes, the assistant manager said they only have one driver so its going to be more than an hour for delivery..but my foods ready. Reaaally... So my fiance has to go on break at work go pick up the pizza now. Only had enough money to buy him this pizza for lunch. So I ask to have the delivery fee refunded. Assistant manager says yes I can void that payment, not explaining that it wpuld take 5-10 bus day for the funds to go back on the car, they charge my car again. Putting my account overdrawn. My bank charges 35$ overdraft fee. So now I gotta call my bank and hope they help with removing the authorization hold so I dont get a fee. All the while this could have been all avoid if the site shown the correct timeframes for delivery I would have just order to pick it up if it was going to take over an hour. And at least call your customers and tell them the wait is going to be longer if you know the system is showing the...
