Eriberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Phoenix

I’m so disappointed with Eriberto’s on 741 E Bell Rd. This used to be one of my favorite spots, and we kept going back, hoping they’d fix the issues, but after giving them SIX chances over the past few months, I’m done. We spent around $36 every visit, and the quality has gone completely downhill.

My partner always orders the country egg and potato breakfast burrito, which used to be amazing: seasoned steak fries, eggs, and the perfect flour tortilla. Now? It’s a disaster. Here’s what they’re serving now:

A flour tortilla with random pieces of corn tortilla inside (seriously, why?). No cheese, even though we paid for it, and the lady at the window asked if we wanted cheese. Microwaved potatoes (French fries) with no seasoning at all—just bland and mushy. We waited over 15 minutes in the drive-thru (which I wouldn’t even mind if they got the order right), only to get food that was lazy, overpriced, and completely wrong.

Eriberto’s used to be my favorite because of their veggie burrito, but even that isn’t enough to bring us back after this many bad experiences. For the price, I expect food that’s fresh, correct, and seasoned. Sadly, this place is no longer worth it. We...

I used to always love ordering from here. The flour tortillas they use are light and fluffy and I love the flavor their red sauce has. The red sauce has just the right amount of spice to it. However it seems that lately if I order a cheese quesadilla I'm getting bits and pieces of stuff that aren't cheese in my cheese quesadilla. Now I'll admit that I've got the taste buds of a 5 year old, but when you order a cheese quesadilla and get a random bite with fresh onion in it, it's kind of disgusting. I know what they're doing, in an effort to save a few bucks they're taking the over thrown cheese off the line and putting it back into the container, but they're not picking out the lettuce, cilantro, onion, etc before they put it back. I'm hoping a manager sees this and decides the few dollars in lost cheese isn't worth driving customers to the competitor. Cause I'll say, Filibertos, while their tortillas aren't as good, never puts anything but cheese in my cheese...

I genuinely don’t understand how this place has a 4+ star rating. I order a potato and egg burrito via door dash from this place and it was good damn horrible. Potatoes had no seasoning and the eggs had none either. I issued a refund because of this. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone they can’t even get an egg and potato burrito right. Their salsa isn’t great either you could get better stuff in a jar at wal mart.

This one star isn’t just for the burrito the handful of times I’ve come here I’ve been disappointed with flavorless food but this time was the last straw because they didn’t even try. The people around here must have horrible taste in food because how can so many people give this below average food anything more than a 2 star? What’s crazy is they got a lot of people in the that small building but none of them know how to use...
