I visited the drive-through and ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese burrito with well-done potatoes. I asked the staff member twice to confirm that my potatoes would be well done, as my order was prepared unusually quickly. However, when I opened my burrito, I found that the potatoes were not well done.
The employee at the window was quite rude. When I tried to pay, she walked away without ensuring I had everything I needed. To make matters worse, she was allowing other customers to get involved in the process, which only added to the confusion. I had to go back inside, even entering the kitchen, to address the issue directly since clear communication was lacking. During this time, I witnessed her getting other guest involved with another customer over unrelated matters and even giving them two free beverages, despite the fact that she had failed to fulfill my order correctly.
I paid $12 for my meal and expected to receive it as I ordered. It was disheartening to experience such disrespect and a lack of customer service, especially when it seemed she prioritized other customers over my needs. Seems racially insensitive.
I urge you to ensure that both customers and employees are satisfied, and that your staff takes extra care with each order, regardless of how busy it is. Each employee should focus on one customer at a time to guarantee a positive experience.

We get through the line pay for everything and head home only to find out the burrito was missing, which then lead us to the receipt and we then realized that she never charged us for the burrito. Luckily we live close enough that I was able to go back and get it but I decided to call first to speed up the process and when I spoke to the young lady working the register she remembered that she didn't charge me for the burrito and so I asked if she was going to charge me if I come back to get it seeing as how it was her fault to begin with and she said "yeah duh ma'am if I didn't ring it up the first time what makes you think you don't have to pay" and I said well it was your mistake but whatever forget it I will just head" and mid sentence I was cut off because she had hung up on me, apparently she didn't like what I had to say. Read moreI come through here for carne asada fries at least once or twice a week. Today while eating my food I almost choked on a hair. When I pulled it out it was long and dark black. I recently had my hair dyed red and blonde so I know for a fact it wasn't mine. I decided to shrug it off and not make a big deal about it. As I continued to eat it happened again! Another long black hair!! It made me so sick to my stomach I actually puked. Attached is a picture of the second hair I choked on. Please excuse any chewed up food around it, I tried to crop it out of the picture. I don't think I can ever go there again after this because they are clearly unsanitary and careless when handling customers food. When I called them they were apologetic and admitted that sometimes they don't wear hair nets when they should.
