Had a party of 6 on a Saturday night. Wait was estimated about 25 minutes but I think we only waited like 15 mins. Food was decent. Ordered some fried calamari to start. Not too chewy -- good. Wine is fairly priced. About 7 bucks for a glass depending on your choice. The bread sticks were actually a little underwhelming. Maybe I remember them tasting better. Had chicken margherita for my meal. Genuinely enjoyed it. Chicken wasn't dry at all. Service was fantastic. Our waiter kept the water glasses filled and never felt like we had to keep an eye on him since he checked on us several times throughout the night. Got little mint chocolates at the end which was nice. The only reason I gave 4/5 is the smell. For w/e reason, the smell of cheese was just extra pungent when you walk in the door. And I just didn't take to it well. But that's probably just me as I asked my brother and he didn't mind. Otherwise, had a good family night out.

This is our traditional lunch spot when I come Visit my Sister in Phoenix! Walked in to a rude greeting by the HostessesbI felt as if they were trying to persuade us not to stay. Once the Hostess saw the disgusted look on my face she gave us a table. The server judged us and didn't want our table and then began to talk down to us as if we were slow because we were black. The Food was amazing and the other customer took my family and I pic because the server refused. The server hands me the check I tell my sis to get the kids in car while I pay the bill. So she wouldn't have to wait with her newborn and my 2 year old while my daughter helped her. While I was paying the server comes rushing to my table assuming we left without paying. I get to the front and my sister is still in the lobby and she tells me that the Same server held her hostage and would not let her leave the restaurant like a criminal. Crying when she sees me she tells me what happened and I grab the manager and tell him what happened and he tried to write me off like I was trash. Even though the Staff tried to ruin our tradition we had a great time reconnecting and I got to meet my new baby nephew. Do better Olive Garden Staff!!

First Johanna asked for our drink order and we asked do they serve Shirley Temples , Johanna said yes and we asked for it and she then brought us plain sprite. When we informed Robin of the error Johanna proceeded to say we didn’t ask for those drinks. It went down hill from there . When I alerted Robin she over charged us for an extra soup that she brought out that was not ordered separately , we thought it came with the Shrimp Fritto Misto. She did not explain that soup doesn’t come with every meal. So her solution was to remove what I actually ordered which was the unlimited soup and salad lunch deal and charge us for a soup and salad separately adding an extra $10 to our bull instead of removing the extra soup. This service was unexceptionally worse than any other time. I felt unvalued, uncared for and like what I wanted didn’t matter, my experience didn’t matter and my concerns didn’t matter. Just horrible service. Almost like I wasn’t important enough to be listened to and Like I should’ve just been grateful to get any service at all. All I can say is do better Olive Garden This is my third time here and my worst experience because of these two individuals

Man I don't know what happened to this Olive Garden but our dinner was sub-standard at best. I was looking forward to a nice Sunday dinner with my son all day. We decided on Olive garden and we ordered curbside takeout so we can eat at home and watch a movie. My son got the spaghetti and meatballs. Let me tell you they "drizzled" the meat sauce across the top. So little that one meatball didn't even have sauce at all. Not appetizing at all. $11.99. I had what used to be the steak Gorgonzola, only now, it's pot- roast Gorgonzola. (No joke) $18.89. 4 bite size pieces of meat. And it tasted like they put sugar on it. Weird. My salad was definitely not fresh, the peppers were shriveled up and the onion slices we're dried up as well.the only good thing was the soup. What a solid drag, as this mom doesn't go out for a nice dinner often. Next time I'm taking my hard earned money to Black Angus. Disappointed is an understatement.

We went for a late dinner here. We were seated quickly. Elijah was our server. He was super friendly and funny! I order the cheese ravioli which was delicious. Elijah was kind enough to allow my guest and I to sit there and chat for a while after we had finished out meal since it was not too busy. He was very attentive to my Insatiable love for your Mango Strawberry Ice Tea and kept the refills coming. Which I appreciated greatly. I always love coming to Olive Garden. It never disappoints with the food and the service I receive. Thanks Elijjah foe the great service and the laughs!

I placed a to-go order online to pick-up on the way to my cousin's house. The parking was marked nicely for guests to know where to park when you arrive. You can call the number on the parking sign and a restaurant employee will bring your order to your car. The employee even offered to put it in the backseat since I went to pick it up by myself. Our meal was nicely packed and included plasticware and even the little Andes mints. The area is a little rough because I believe the main Metro Center mall is closed, but the restaurants around still seem to be thriving.
