Absolutely terrible. The food of eh at best, but the service was so terrible that i couldn't enjoy the food at all.

Our party was big, so we called beforehand to ask if the place had any tables. They told us that they did so we came right away.

But when we arrived they told us we needed to wait, and we understood that. Our waiting number was in the thirties and the place was packed. But soon enough our turn was skipped and people after us went.

We understood that too because the people were most 2 - 4 people at best. But then teams of 6, 8, and even 10 came and while their waiting numbers were in the fifties (if you remember, ours was in the thirties) they were let in without a minute wait.

If they had combined all those tables together we could have went in easily.

After waiting half an hour, we soon realized there was no effort in communicating with us or trying to combine tables. The workers just stood around, staring at us, laughing, joking, fooling around with each other.

When we communicated they told us the tables were not together , but we didnt care about everyone being together, we asked why didnt they communicate this as we waited so long and everyone was starving, but then they started accusing us of getting it wrong and the teams that came after us actually came earlier than us.

We showed our number as proof and tried go communicate more of the problems and one started laughing, someone else starting yelling and pointing at our team in another language with someone else.

They kept on dismissing our concerns, ignored us the whole time, and when only everyone spoke up we got a table.

Ruined everyone's mood and if we werent starving and it wasnt so late we would have left immediately.

By the time we were let in literally everyone who had entered 35 minutes later than us were already eating.

This was the place we chose for our vacation and it was terrible. We had elders and babies who were all starving. If you like people with good service do not come here. If you do, come with a small team, because they will not...

My friend and I were super excited to try this place after seeing it on TikTok, unfortunately the staff totally ruined it for us. There was a homeless man outside (totally fine, i don’t care about that), he asked if I could get him food, I said if they let me take some out I will! At the end we asked our server if they had to-go boxes (for the man) and she said “yes how many?” she didn’t say anything about a charge so we said “oh we’ll get 3 in that case.” that was the whole exchange, she didn’t say anything about to-go boxes being charged, and we’ve never been here before we don’t know how it works. as soon as we exited they ran after us saying we had to pay for the food (keep in mind i’d already seen the homeless man was gone which was the whole point lol). we went in and said “oh we’re so sorry we weren’t told you had to pay for togo boxes, we’d rather just not have the food then.” they said we had to pay for the food since they can’t put the food back from the boxes. we said the server didn’t tell us you had to pay for it and didn’t want it, they said they did tell us, and we went back and forth until she said she’d give a discount. i said fine how much, it went from $34 to $32; a $2 discount. i laughed and said i’ll pay $20 and then she said $25. i didn’t wanna fool with it at the point or get the server in trouble but i seriously just should’ve walked out after they made me out to be a liar. anyways, awful end to the experience thanks to the staff and we won’t be back. the crab legs were the whole reason we went and they...

I've been here many times and I don't know what happened. The last time I came, they charged me like $4 more. I have a service animal. I'm gonna ask them to clean and sweep out the food from underneath the table because it was disgusting and I didn't feel comfortable with her on the ground under my feet on a disgusting floor. The lady straight up told me, "no!" I know I took videos and pictures of the floor that they wanted her to sit on. Not to mention the first time that I had been there, they needed to see. Her service, animal registration and letter, which was cool and it had not been a problem time after time of going there, but this last time it was an issue, and I had to keep fighting just to be able to come in and eat. I thought maybe it had been taken over by new people or something. But the older lady that works directly with the food and bringing the food out, she's very friendly and she was still there. The two up front, the war new to me and they were rude, so was the waitress or the lady that really doesn't wait on you, she just picks up plates periodically. I had an empty cup for nearly forty minutes before I could get her attention and ask her to please refill it. This experience when was the last time I went there.
