Very disappointed in this most recent visit. This was at the 2770 W. Peoria Ave. location in Phoenix, Arizona. While the food was adequate, the employees and management were sadly lacking in professionalism and were reluctant to accept responsibility for what are actually illegal actions.

While there, we observed a female In-N-Out employee move her vehicle from farther out in the parking lot to park it in a designated handicapped parking spot directly in front of the main entry. The female employee then went inside the restaurant and resumed her duties preparing food. She had no obvious disabilities, but that doesn’t necessarily mean she didn't suffer in some other way. Upon further investigation, however, we noticed her vehicle had no handicapped license plate or placard of any kind.

As we were leaving, we decided to bring the incident to the attention of the restaurant manager. He identified himself as Isaac and informed us that it is the restaurant’s policy at night to have employees park closer to the store. He also confirmed the female employee has no qualifying disability and he made no effort to have her vacate the handicapped parking spot so that patrons who actually ARE handicapped could use it. Out of curiosity, we waited outside for about twenty minutes to see if the vehicle would be moved. It was not.

Why does this upset me so? Because I personally know more than a few people with disabilities that could use that convenient parking place. I know veterans who served our country with distinction and who paid a very heavy price resulting in a serious disability. I know people with serious illnesses and/or birth defects that NEED the convenience of a close parking space and wider access to the vehicle in which to be able to get in and out of their vehicle safely.

And for a manager to completely blow us off because it's more convenient for his employees to park closer and ILLEGALLY in a designated handicapped parking place is totally irresponsible!

I used to love In-N-Out. Not anymore. I’ll dine elsewhere and will recommend to my friend that they should also refrain from any establishment that could care less about people with...

I went thru the drive thru at the In N Out Burger Metro Square 2770 W Peoria Ave, Phoenix AZ receipt shows 12:16 today. About 12 cars in front of me, was pretty steady with moving thru the line but 2 things went wrong. 1) 2 people taking orders at the drive thru line allowing large gaps between cars and possibility someone just jumping into the line, she asks for my order, I tell her 2 x double-double, 1 with onion and 1 with no onion, Dr pepper and Coke for the drinks, time goes by and I'm now at the pickup window, she asks me if I want ketchup, yes I say, then hands me my order in the bag and no drinks, I ask her "what about my 2 drinks" she says "What" I say again "my 2 drinks, Coke and Dr pepper" she then says "oh my bad" Really! combo meals come with a drink and she cant even get it right, doesn't say sorry, NOTHING, just the my bad. 2) I get home to realize both double doubles have onions and 1 has no Tomato...Seriously! You got to be kidding me! Their only job is to take the order with a handheld pad on them, they cant get it right and the other hands out the food and she cant get it right!!!!!!! Pay attention to the job task you were hired to do and STAY OFF YOUR DAMN PERSONAL PHONES WHILE YOUR WORKING Check 199 4/13/2024 12:16PM Trans #7072 252 6 2256 7072 - numbers...

If you are a native or have traveled to the west coast of the USA you probably have heard of In-n-Out burger. I have been here countless times throughout Arizona at many locations. I’m probably here at least once a month. Today marked a special day for me. Having to be gluten free I have been getting their protein style cheese burger or grill cheese for several years. I have had a couple times where one of the other locations had messed up my order to go and I communicated about it and the company had done and excellent job at making amends; hence why I keep coming back. Today, Pamela saw me sitting at the bar waiting for my order. It wasn’t that busy and I was waiting a little while longer than comfortable but I never said anything. Pamela comes up to me and asks me and another client what number we were to push to get our order out faster. It really tells me 2 things, management really has a great head on their shoulders and that Pamela knows that she is valued because she values the clients in these doors. This post isn’t about me or the fact that my order might have been what some people might say as ā€œ a long wait time,ā€ but more so a thank you for being a service that I enjoy coming too with fresh food and unbeatable...

Ok so here’s my experience with this place: I’m sure the picture speaks for itself!!! If that doesn’t well let me simply. Best burgers ever in this location!!. Texas locations do NOT do this place justice. Sorry Tx, I’m from the state but love coming to the west side as much as possible just to eat these!!Sure, I’m glad they brought the franchise down there but the taste is incredible the closer you get to the west coast! But that’s a whole other review for another location. Back to this, the order was placed as a to go via drive thru as we were staying close by in a hotel and the wait time through the drive thru was decent. We had no trouble from any of the employees we spoke to at the window. Our fries, not pictured, were amazing cooked to a perfect crisp! The burgers... well just look at them. The buns were soft and fresh, meat was cooked perfectly and the add ins were very well portioned and crisp and fresh as well. The employees were nice and friendly and made no mistakes in our order. Overall this location is grade A!!

Visited around 10:30pm on a Thursday night. The line was about 10 cars deep in the drive-thru, which is often triple that number at the Tempe location. I ordered 2 hamburger meals, one with an upgraded chocolate shake. I asked for one of the burgers to be cut in half, so I could share with my son. The total came out to $16 and some change. The wait was not long, but when I pulled up there was an extra burger in my order. I told the employee and she got her manager to fix it. I watched the manager take the burger, from the other two in the tray, and toss it in the garbage. The manager gave me back $2 and some change for the overcharge. I passed a homeless man with a sign leaving the parking lot and thought that it seemed wrong that the manager wasted food that way. I would have liked to know that I was only charged less than $3 for the extra burger, I would have just kept it instead of asking for my money returned. That was my first time at that location, and I won't go out of my way to visit again.

In-N-Out is a family favorite, and while I am worked in the same parking lot, I could not help but be greeted by the overwhelming smell of deep-fried goodness every time I'd walk out, so obviously I ate there quite a bit. Here are my thoughts: Pros: Great service. Fast, cheerful workers ready to kill the massive lines (more on those later). Easy menu, with half a dozen items. This makes the choice easy, and helps keep indecisive people moving. Animal style burgers and fries. To spice things up, add caramelized onions, cheese and sauce to your food. Why? Cause, 'Merica (and it's delicious). Their shakes are dang good too! Cons: The lines here can get Ridiculous here. Sometimes whole sport teams come here together, so it can quickly get crowded. Located right off the freeway, the parking lot is pretty hectic and the drive-through line is almost always packed. Even though I prefer eating outside, the outside tables can be dirty, and the noise from the freeway can make it loud. Pigeons.
