On this particular day, a group of friends and I stopped by to grab a bite before our show across the street... We were 6 people and we observed a waitress sit a party of 2 in a table for 6 and for us, we got told that they had to split us because they didn't have a table for all of us. First red flag... Fine we sat and placed our orders and the waiting game started, our drinks took quite a while, we had to ask a couple of times if they were coming just to be told that they were soon they would be, 30 minutes later we Finally got drinks, the drinks were not that good, but had no choice but to drink them... 2nd red flag. The food order took so long that 4 of us ended up getting up and leaving just as they brought our appetizer ( we immediately asked for the check and a box to go) our show was close to starting, mind you we were there close to an hour and a half!! Plenty of time before our show to grab something to eat and drink, but this joint let us down... not impressed by the food...
Read moreMe and my colleagues had the worst experience at this restaurant with a staff member and the manager, Heather. Based upon the reaction, approach, concern shown, and lack thereof of addressing of a bad situation that they created, with a direct and clear relation to discrimination, this organization clearly missed the mark in training staff in delivering top notch customer service.

We refuse to patronize a business with such a lack of respect for treating ALL customers, regardless to their race and ethnicity, as welcomed guest. We were shown the opposite and the manager, Heather, made things worse. I’m so disappointed in how we were handled. I will seek to take this further because that type of treatment, especially from someone in a leadership is not ok and should never be tolerated...

With a unique cut that's ideal for scooping, these fries are perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy inside. The real game-changer, however, is the accompanying sauce, a fantastic combination of horseradish and ranch that provides an unexpected, tangy kick. It's a flavor profile I've never experienced in a simple side of fries before, and it was a revelation. It's safe to say I'll be back for...
