Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Phoenix

Normally I would give them a 5 on all areas but the last 2 times were not good & today was the worse. Last time we went it was an hour before closing. They already started cleaning up & told us we only had a choice of wheat or rosemary parm bread. I had mine Mike's Way & it was so doused in oil & vinegar my bread was soggy & it soaked through the wrapper & the bag. Today there was a man I never recognized but hopefully he wasn't management! Because he is not a good person. I placed my order of regular13 & regular 56 then paid since he was a few sandwiches behind. I asked for extra tomatoes & he put 1 extra slice, said any more would make the sandwich fall apart. Told him I wanted more anyway so he put 2 more slices on my regular. Then I asked for extra bacon, that's 4 slices, and he asked me if I paid for it and I told him yes, he then turned & yelled to the cashier that was in the back if she charged me for extra bacon, she said yes. He then went on to complain to me, the customer, that last month he lost over $200 in bacon from people not charging and the staff eating it. Complaining to the customer about the staff is bad form! The poor guy on the grill was only allowed to cook 1 order at a time and was behind. Took me 30 minutes to get my 2nd sandwich. There was another lady that said she'd been waiting 45 minutes for 2 hot sandwiches & the police officer that was in front of me waited 30 minutes for his hot food too. The guy after me got his hot food right away though. This is quickly becoming not my favorite...

I love Jersey Mike's and I just had to come from the one in Laveen because they didn't have the bread that I needed so I had to come all the way out here and the lady that gave me my pickup order was super rude as I said thank you and she gave me no response back plus she didn't give me the whole order. When I came back in she just threw it in the bag. No apologies, no thank you no nothing. She's a short African American woman with dreads. If she doesn't like her job then maybe she should find another one she doesn't know what kind of day I had and I don't deserve to be treated with disrespect when all I'm trying to do is feed my family. Definitely will NEVER come to this Jersey Mike's location again. You need to hire people with actual personality and caring. I don't care if you're having a bad day you don't bring that to work, I think as adults we should all know...

I’ve had nothing but problems ordering delivery from this location. The first time, they gave me the wrong food and then didn’t answer their phones when I tried to call to have it corrected. DoorDash tried to reorder the same meal for me, but said that their location was not accepting orders at 1:30pm on a weekday. I reached out to customer service and they corrected the situation, so I figured I’d give them another chance. This time, my order said it would be delivered around 4:15pm. At 5pm, I still didn’t have my food and when I tried calling the location it said that their phones were not connected. Finally, at 6:10pm, I received my order. This location should not be offering delivery if they cannot deliver in a timely manner or answer their phones/keep them connected. I will not be ordering from this...
