McDonald's — Restaurant in Phoenix

Woow terrible employees stupid is incredible as there may be a place with such poor attention I am disappointed in this place i do not recomendario to no human, the customer service is terrible i went to mcdonalds thinking that everything would be normal. The cleaning staff is excellent but it is a shame that cannot say the same of the cashier and who prepares, i asked for a hamburger chesse burger the combo and it turns out that they gave me a hot spicy and i was not the only all customers complained that his orders were not the they asked. A lady diabetica requested a cafe without sugar is not exactly that class was but gave him something to the lady who made him evil she is diabetic, then the bathrooms have closed we have to go the box to ask for the keys to the bathroom I do not lie all the people that there were indeed that arrived clients to anyone he wanted to give the keys after a few minutes the client you cry to the cashier to please open the bathroom because it was already had requested 3 Times. And when ami gave me my combo that i asked for that by the way was terrible potatoes were super salty, when I told her employee that that was not what I had ordered she was to discuss with me i almost was shouting and the customer row back Mine only looked the actitus of their terrible employees i advise that the despitan otherwise i organize with those affected and the demandare also can I call to the chain of news and would tell them that agan a research for them to see with their own cameras the service they give us.. Returning to my case when alfin gave me my burger I throw it in the tray and told me " there this " this happy? For as long as I can recall the McDonald's located at this particular address is the only McDonald's establishments I have ever come across that when I want up to the door which it to be used as the entrance for the public to enter from outside however this locations is the first establishment in all my years of enjoying food served from McDonald's establishments as well as for me particularly circumstances and whatnot throughout my life has had me living in many different states cost the US I yes I do enjoyed McDonald's when I was living in all of those different States over the years and back to this particular McDonald's location out of all the ones I've ever been to and all those States this is the very first one that doesn't allow customers inside the restaurant to place orders the only way to obtain delicious foods the McDonald's serves from there establishments is Mike going through the drive-thru but wait there's more as a bonus it's a drive-thru technically speaking u shouldn't be Required to be inside a motorized vehicle a car in order to use the drive-thru what about all those customers that don't get have cars how are they supposed to enjoy the food and beverages and services from your McDonald's establishment at this location that's right then if they unfortunately cannot completely and totally not fair it's absurd what's the difference whether a car shows through the drive-thru or kid on a bike or maybe it's not a bike maybe it's a kid you on a skateboard what is the difference it's a form of transportation being used to get from one destination to another who says it has 2 be a G ★ D darn C A ...

This location has awful drive thru service. I heard an employee that must have left his headset on cussing while speaking to another employee. The lady that took my order was ridiculous. She kept asking what I wanted and then would go silent for a while and then ask again...... and keep asking. She also kept speaking Spanish to me, when I was NOT ordering in Spanish. When I brought it up to the girl at the window to pay, her words were literally "it happens " and then she laughed.

And no, it was not busy at all. There was no reason for it to be like that. I had someone call me right when I pulled up to the speaker and I had them on hold until I finally ordered and then spoke to them for about 30 seconds and hung up. I went to check my call log to see how long it took them to get my order......11 minutes.

Out of all that, they also gave me a completely different order than I ordered. I went to go inside to have them fix it, and I could not get anyone's attention....and again, it was slow inside. No one at the register, and multiple people behind the counter saw me and ignored me.

I ended up throwing the food away and walking out. It was a food that I couldn't ear due...
