Went here today. Wanted sweet tea first it was watered down so they made a new dispenser. This time it was a little better but still not as sweet as any other McDonalds. Told workers it still suck and they said but itvwas just made I said well try it again. They said every McDonalds has the same recipe but apparently someone can't read. Or they didn't dump out the old before putting in the new. And the McDonalds by my house just told me the tea dispensers are supposed to be lined with plastic bags and the dispensers and this location are or were not. So I am definetly gonna report this to corporate Cuz all they gotta do is check the videos as proof. I didn't appreciate the employees not just one telling me I was wrong Cuz it was remade. I work a for a special events company for concerts, college events and former NFL events. And if my customer service skills were poor like Thiers I wouldn't have still be employed after 10 yrs. There are plenty of clients and patrons I'd love to not have to do my job for and show respect but thats part of my job description of good customer service. Also what quality control is for at jobs and this place has none. They need the "Disney Trainiing" its a training course in customer service. Originally for the Disney Theme Parks but now Available to other companies, business, etc who want to put their workers through the training And what happened to the saying the customer is always right. Especially to...
Read moreI've been coming to this mcdonalds for years and I've never had any issues until they start getting new people in. A few months ago one of the cashiers gave me attitude the whole time for no reason. She literally threw my bag at me and I had made a complaint about her and never heard back.. tonight I go in there and there was a skinny chick at the register and she never greeted me or anything. Just standing behind the register no next I can take you nothing!!! She looks at me crazy while I order my food and she had an attitude and she snatched my money out of my hand didn't repeat my order to me and she just put the change in my hand with attitude.she didn't give me my iced coffee another associate did and she throws the bag at me (just like the other cashier separate occasions).. she even had an attitude with the African American lady behind me but when the Hispanic lady orders she's all cheerful and nice and I rrally felt like I was being descriminated against and I told the Mgr about it then the girl started laughing when I walked away. She doesn't need to work with people and need to learn some customer service or something.. corporate will be hearing from me about this incident even my mom had issues with the lady I had issues with the other day and other people I know that go to...
Read moreI recently visited McDonald's expecting a quick and convenient meal, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Upon placing my order, I anticipated a speedy service characteristic of fast-food chains. However, after ordering, I was directed to the front to wait for what felt like an eternity—20 minutes—to receive my food.
The primary appeal of fast-food establishments lies in their ability to provide efficient service, allowing customers to enjoy their meals promptly. Regrettably, this was not the case at McDonald's. Despite the wait, the food I received was disappointingly cold, failing to meet the basic expectation of being served hot and fresh.
While I understand that busy periods can result in delays, a 20-minute wait for a fast-food order is excessive and unacceptable. Furthermore, the quality of the food suffered as a result, detracting from the overall dining experience.
In conclusion, my recent visit to McDonald's left much to be desired. The prolonged wait time and cold food detracted from what should have been a quick and enjoyable meal. I hope that the management takes steps to improve their service efficiency and food quality to ensure a more satisfactory experience for...
