McDonald's — Restaurant in Phoenix

Went here one morning very early. Like around 5:20 am during the week and the doors were locked . They came out to give a order to a drive in order but would not let me in to order . Then the next couple time after that they would make me feel uncomfortable while I was eating or drinking my coffee by mopping and swiping around me as I sat there . They had just opened so to mop and broom first thing is odd . But other McDonald's have treated me the same way by mopping and taking out the trash every time I show up . Dosent matter what time of the day . They use a dust pan , mop or Broom just were I'm sitting . It's very rude . And basically a violation of my Rights to harras me but they do it any way .

Update 01/20/2024 . This McDonald's still treats me bad . I don't understand why . Maybe it's because when I was working for them about 10 years ago .they had me clean the French fry station so when I broke it down to wash it the water i was using to clean it with was Luke warm water so I asked the manager why there is no hot water to clean and sanitized the station. So we looked for the water heater and found it in a closer on the top shelf. It was only a 25 gallon heater that was on a top shelf so the manager looked at it with me and said maybe the pilot light was out. And I was I shock by telling him there is no gas lines hooked up to a electric water heater. He got angry with me . It was amazed to the fact that i was working in a McDonald's with no hot water . How is that even possible to run a busy McDonald's with out hit water. So then when i tried to clean it and went to put it back together he took a paper napkin and polished a small. Part of it and told me to clean it like this. So I went and got. A case of napkins and started to clean it so after about 30 minutes he aaw me cleaning it with the napkins that he showed me and got angry again . So later that week I came from two days off and he told me how come I was a no call no show for one of my days off and he showed me a schedule he just printed out with it changed from when I wrote it down . He changed my days off and the. Said I was no call no show . He told me to fo home. What a liar he was. So the next day I showed up for work and the Regional district,and store manager with my supervisor managers we're all there waiting for me to show up and had my Termination papers all filled out wanting me to sign them and after I read them they lied about everything and also stated I stole milk. And they spent 4 hours looking at the camera for the store trying to find me stealing. I was in shock that they lied about all the situations that took place. one day i was told I can't use the restroom...

Would have had no problem coming back here again and I not getting so ill from the french fries that are free from waiting on a 15 minute line with my Uber who is none the happier and we waited in line at closing everybody in the world tried to pull into this drive-thru app stopped working so I couldn't preorder my food was very frustrating however the staff is very nice and with sufficient once we get to the window I did get a little elf from the food now but it could be because I'm a citizen fast food in my diet again but mostly I will not go back to this location because of the excessive wait time would have had no problem coming back here again and I not gotten so ill from the french fries that are free from waiting in a 15 minute limes my number who is none of the happier that we wait in line warmest line at closing everybody in the world try to pull into this drive-thru app stopped working so I couldn't pre order my food was a very frustrating however the staff was very nice and was efficient once we did get to the window I did get a little elf from the food though but it could be because I'm assessing fast food in my diet again but mostly I will not go back to this location because of the excessive wait time do not go here if you're in a hurry it's not place to be in any kind of a rush hour closing or lunch hours you won't be happy in the way...

I have never gone to this McDonald’s location and received proper customer service. I work directly next door so I would enjoy being able to frequent this location. Unfortunately every time I go to this McDonald’s they make me feel as though I have ruined their day walking through the door. I always have to wait and request someone to come to the counter for me otherwise I’m just stared at. The staff is incredibly rude and negligent. They forget many aspects of your order and they give it out and literally run away so you can’t ask them to fix it. I have had to chase my order down on multiple occasions because it was either forgotten about or the staff didn’t feel like correcting their mistake. My order is always without fail a 6 piece chicken nugget meal but somehow I always receive the incorrect order or am just missing the nuggets or frys. I hope that in writing a review that this location will encourage their staff to do at least the bare minimum in customer service aka not just staring at a customer when they walked in and acting like we shouldn’t be here. You are all employed here to serve food. You should be able to not only offer service to those who walk in but provide the actual order in a timely fashion. Also today my nuggets were stale. I have never experienced this carelessness amongst staff...
