I am not one to ever want to bash a restaurant as I have great respect for those who work in it as they endure so much and while doing so aim to please oftentimes and put up with a lot. However; saying that this Panda Express leaves a lot to be desired and it is not just with the food but the service also which is atrocious! My colleagues and I have frequented this particular restaurant a lot and each subsequent time have found that they seem to more friendly to men (perhaps their own friends, family etc.) and piling their food on and noticed this because others were treated differently. Meanwhile on one occasion which was a huge deterrent for continued business is I waited for a cooked-to-order beef and broccoli and they gave me so much broccoli that I had to dig for me the beef! Suffice it to say this adds a whole new meaning to "Where's the Beef" as it certainly was not on my order and miniscule at best. The servers roll their eyes, not pleasant, rude, seemingly could care less, and throw your plate together and move on to the next order without so much as a word not even a thank you for the business. I get that but with the world in disarray a little kindness goes a long way and service with a smile is not something you will ever find here! We are a team of six ladies and two guys and we all have noticed this. Even the guys were like what is up with this staff! We inquired after being given plates loaded with veggies and one tiny scoop "given that there is so much veggies are you guys only doing one scoop?" The answer with a rude gesture was "yes." Dude, we can take our business elsewhere and with so many, many choices we opted not to put up with the shizznick as none of us are vegetarians who would have perhaps been satisfied with just a small serving of veggies only. This seems to be the general consensus across the board as many people have had this same complaint! Can they not take a hint? Think patrons are oblivious? Not savvy? It sure seems that way and they could care less as duly noted and less and less business will eventually be the order of the day! On a positive note the food did taste good but not enough to satisfy nor fulfill one's hunger. If so desired a longer commute other than going to this horrible place will be well worth the drive if we ever have a hankering for...
Read moreThis Panda Express is awful. Every time I have been here the food is practically inedible, tastes old like it has been sitting under the heat lamps for way longer than it should. The rice is hard , one time it was soggy which probably means they overcooked it. The time I did mention this to the manager he said, " next time you come in call and we'll make it fresh. " I was not only confused but distubred that a place like this would need someone to call and tell them " Hey just a heads up, make sure you have fresh food." I don't know if its because they aren't that busy so they can't cook a lot at one time or they are just lazy. On another occasion, the Shanghai steak was cooked fresh however the onions weren't cooked all the way and they were chopped in such big pieces. They were very hard, not soft like I was expecting, instead it tasted like they chopped them and then mixed them with the meat after it was cooked. I've been to many Panda Express's around the valley and I can say that they all have been consistent with the food being FRESH and served within a timely manner after it's been cooked. Rice is always cooked well, onions cooked all the way. I can honestly say that this location is definitely consistent with one thing for sure and that is serving old crappy, stale versions of Panda Express food. I will not be coming back here and I wouldn't recommend this...
Read moreI live near this location and I have eaten here regularly for the past decade. Off and on quality usually, but passable and we eat there regularly. Recently in the last few months the quality and service has gone very downhill. Ate there today and our food was practically inedible. Green bean chicken was overcooked, could not even eat the green beans they were so hard. Amount of oil left on the bottom of the plate was disgusting. The mixed vegetables were so undercooked they were raw. My daughter's chow mein was overcooked and crunchy to bite into. Inedible. The spice in the orange chicken has notably increased and daughter would not even eat it (her normally favorite dish). I will never go to this location again. On top of all that, the four servers/staff who were there were laughing, giggling, and acting like immature 12-year-olds instead of giving good customer service. Totally...
