Amazing new spot for DTPHX!! Plush has plenty of space, bar seating and a sleek and inviting aesthetic. The service was attentive and friendly! Food was delicious, I will try their brunch menu next time. I came for the Friday 6-9 HH and had the Crab Fries w/Honey Hot Wings. Wings were tender, saucy, like crispier wings but the taste was there! The fries were cripsy 👌🏾 and the margaritas on point! Come and support this place, can’t wait to come again.

Our waiter was slow and we were the first customer in there. We didn't have any silverware when 1/4 (4 of us)food came out. I asked this hookah girl for silverware and she said okay and continued to walked out and came back in and told our waiter. Don't even know our waiter name and she never smiled. The food was good and the place is nice.

My wife and I, along with another couple, were very much looking forward to our reservation at Plush today. Our friends secured a reservation for 12:00 PM. Based on your Google hours, which indicated operation from 10:00 AM to 2:00 AM, we arrived at 11:55 AM.

The valet-only parking was an immediate inconvenience, particularly given the location. Upon entering just before noon, a security staff member directed us to the hostess. We were then informed by the hostess that the restaurant would not be seating guests until 12:30 PM. Despite confirming our 12:00 PM reservation time, we were instructed to wait outside.

It wasn't until a manager came out that the situation was clearly explained: due to a late-night party and an incident involving hookah coals damaging a booth, reservations were being pushed back by 30 minutes. While we understand unforeseen issues can occur, there was no proactive communication (e.g., a text message) to notify us of this change, forcing us to wait in the hot sun. We were finally seated at 12:32 PM after my wife went inside to inquire about the delay. No compensation, such as a complimentary item or discount, was offered for the significant inconvenience.

Our waitress's service was highly inattentive. She would approach our table of four, take one or two drink or food orders, and then leave, making it impossible for our entire party to order and consequently, eat together in a timely manner. The most significant issue occurred during payment. We were not informed, nor was it clearly noted on the menu, that gratuity is included on all bills. The final bill did not provide an itemized breakdown, only the total amount and suggested tip percentages. Despite the poor service, we still left an additional $12.00 cash tip for our waitress. It was only upon closer inspection that we discovered a $14.00 gratuity had already been automatically added to our approximately $90.00 bill. This lack of transparency resulted in us essentially double-tipping for substandard service ($26.00 in total from us and, we later learned, over $30.00 from our friends' separate bill). The inclusion of mandatory gratuity should be clearly communicated both on the menu and by the serving staff.

Finally, we ordered two cheesecakes (Oreo and Snickers) for dessert. These were never delivered to our table, though we confirmed they were not charged to the bill. Ambiance and Food Quality • Atmosphere: The aesthetic of the restaurant is undeniably beautiful and Instagram-worthy. • Drinks: The cocktails we ordered were excellent. • Food: I ordered the Rasta Pasta with a side of Mac and Cheese. The Mac and Cheese was outstanding. However, the Rasta Pasta was excessively salty—significantly more so than what would be considered palatable, even to my wife, who enjoys heavily seasoned food. I am HIGHLY disappointed in our experience outside of a beautiful space I can’t say I will be back because the customer service did not match the vibe...

⚠️Plush is an absolute vibe‼️The lounge energy and the DJ had the whole place dancing and vibing. I went for what I call a “reverse brunch” (their brunch runs 2:00–9:00 PM), and I arrived around 8:30 on a Saturday night.

Perfect timing to catch the tail end of brunch before they switch to finger food. The atmosphere was effortlessly plush, relaxed , it gave an environment mixed with club and restaurant vibes.

Food first: I ordered the lamb (medium rare) served over the creamiest grits honestly next level‼️ and the jerk chicken pasta. Both dishes were a straight 10/10.

The lamb was tender succulent & perfectly seasoned, and those GRITS ...as well as the portion size... straight heaven. The jerk chicken pasta lite a fire on my taste buds.. Flavor, texture, presentation all top notch for both dishes.

Service was equally impressive. Staff were attentive and friendly, and they even brought out Chef Rod to say hello. I told him I’d “kick his butt” lol for making such incredible dishes, he deserved the compliment 🤣. That personal touch made the night feel special.

If you’re looking for a spot with great music, an elevated menu, and polished service, Plush gets my highest recommendation. Go hungry, stay for the music, and be sure to give Chef Rod a high five or, as I say, kiss the chef. 😋🔥

Only draw back was the $15 parking. Street parking was hard to find on the...

Nice venue and location. This place is a vibe with the DJ and music. My overall rating would be a 5/5 if they made a few changes:

Parking is valet only $20-40 which should be complementary with the option to tip.

Made a reservation and they could not locate it and was made to feel like they weren’t going to accommodate us for a table of two when there were plenty of open seating throughout. Thankfully I had proof of my reservation and was seated after getting management.

Server made us feel rushed throughout our entire reservation timeframe by repeatedly asking us to place our orders right away and asking constantly asking if we were ready to close out vs asking if we needed anything else. Our bill was over $500 and felt as though we needed to hurry up and get up.

Ordered appetizers 20 minutes before ordering entrees it came out with our meals which again made the experience feel rushed.

Was given plastic to go forks with our meals which was a little insulting when your entrees are $40-50. I believe the server seen my reaction and later corrected the situation and brought us real silverware.

Overall would return but would suggest correcting the little details to improve...
