The soup was made using the seasoning packets inside the bag of instant "ramen". The soup was salter than Uncle Roger's supply of MSG. And the pork slices were horrendous. They were as burnt as a piece of toast that was left in a toaster for half an hour. And the slices were thinner than Gordon Ramsay's knife. Nothing but bean sprouts and 3 small slices of fatty meat in the noodles. The spicy edamame was inedible. Old & fibrous. The sauce for the dumplings was extremely salty compared to other restaurants. Read moreThe food I ordered was spicy tonkotsu pork ramen which in the picture shows pork belly and a sliced in half soy egg with narutomaki or fish flake .... what I got was a box of noodles with only one half of a hard boiled egg and BBQ pork basically and broth with hardly any Scallions or spices or anything in it .... if you show pictures on your site of what you make to order...make sure what you sell matches them .... because that's false advertising.... be weary when ordering here and be very specific ....probably better in person then...
