I placed mobile pickup order. Upon arrival, I made my way inside where I was pleasantly greeted. (1st time customer at Raising Cane's.). I informed the gentleman who waited on me of mobile order and he graciously directed me to my meal on the pick-up shelf. (App still said food was being prepared. Is this a web issue or in-house?). Once I got home, I opened my meal (Caniac) w/half sweet tea & lemonade.
Tenders were nice warm and juicy. The tenders didn't lack flavor (not flavorful either) and had a nice soft crunch. Without sauce 2/5, with sauce 3.5/5. Definitely had far better, but wasn't disappointed. Fries were nice and warm (lacked expected crispiness) as well as lightly seasoned with salt. Without sauce 3/5, with sauce 3.75/5. Toast was quite disappointing and the fact it wasn't grilled properly. (As if it was placed on grill for 10 seconds on one side and tossed into my tray. So it left one side bare and untoasted/grilled. This rates 2/5. Slaw had to be the worse I've ever had anywhere. It lacked terribly too much but at the same time has a horrible bitter taste, not even fit for human consumption .This rates 0/5.
Half sweet tea/half lemonade; now this was my fault. I accept blame for branching out on my beverage at a place I've never had. So proper tea and lemonade ratio, you still shouldn't be able to CLEARLY see to the bottom of the large cup. In this case, I could. I like my tea a little sweeter, but I can get past the sweetness of the tea is suitable. Drink rates 1/5.

Read moreOrdered food September,12, 2023 and the woman who claims to be the manager working on duty at 6:38pm. Refused to give me her name when I told her I was going to report her for being disrespected & being called a liar. She hung up the phone on me twice with a really bad attitude when I asked for her name. So what happened is I called because my order came incorrect. I ordered a chicken finger on the side and didn't get it. So the woman who claimed to be Manger refused to replace my order when first it was missing an item and second, I had recived undercooked chicken but still ate 2 pieces. I had told her I have my recipe and still had left over food from my order and she told me to take my food in. How am I going to do that when I wasn't going back in the same day, I THOUGHT THAT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She was very rude and accused me of lying, She hung up the phone on me twice when I asked for her name and said she didn't have to give me that information. For being a Manger and having nothing to hide why couldn't she give me her name? She is very UNPROFESSIONAL and needs to be looked at by supervision. I felt very disrespected and because of the service I received today, I will never consume canes again, When I was consuming canes at least 3x a week. Read moreThe food is good but the service is awful. Whoever was working the drive-thru Monday night September 8th needs some customer service skills. And after we received our food because we didn't want to complain beforehand because Lord knows what they do back there when a customer complains the drive-thru attendant was also rude when we asked the names of the two girls with the headsets on she said she didn't have to tell us that and why we wanted to know . When we ask we weren't rude about it so her response to us didn't have to be rude but whatever the bad review is as a whole not just one employee.
