Read moreIt was my bday recently and I went in there not ordered from this place as I just moved from Thomas street location down to Basline Rd. I was skeptic as I am from Skokie and Aurora and am like Lou Malnatis probably a better bet. I went in and told them I needed help in such short notice. The counter person got me the best deal on deep dish and wings on and said she try her best in time for deep dish at lunch time with their orders. I told her I'd go grocery shopping at Frys and be back in 45 minutes. I got back there and the cook was excited to give me my pie and at the counter knowing I was Chitown raised. To come to find out, he's from Chi-town and told me the love I got in my bday pie as they wanted me to have a good deep dish Chitown pie to take to sloan Park tailgate (not Portillos) to have with my Coworkers from work before the Cubs game. He said he grew up on Rush Ave. , and still loved making pies even down in Arizona. We connected a few minutes. The negative reviews have had to been from bad people. This place took care of me from the start and I'm guessing the bad reviews are from usual negative, impatient grind going people. You treat them nice and they made a deep dish my non-chicagoans loved. Thanks for the Tlc and your peeps are...

The quality and taste of the calzone were outstanding, as I've come to expect from Rosati's. Their commitment to using fresh ingredients and traditional recipes was evident in every bite, and it was clear that they take pride in their craft.
The portion size of the calzone was generous, and it was a satisfying and filling lunch option. The value for money was excellent, as the calzone was reasonably priced for the quality and quantity of...
